    “ True confessions: I am friends with Amy Tofte, having gotten to know her at the Valdez Last Frontier Theatre Conference. But even if I didn't know Amy, I would still be recommending this play which I saw at the VLFTC a few years ago.

    A play about love and addiction, Tofte earns high marks for her abstract style which could easily have pushed the audience away, but instead draws them in. Read "Flesh Eating Tiger" and once you've gotten to know her styles, take a look at Tofte's other work. Amy is a very talented writer. ”

I saw a reading of this play at the Valdez Last Frontier Theatre Conference and it has stuck with me since. Religion and politics mixing with a lot of other issues. Give it a read and get to know Mr. Barna's style. ”
