A producer is interested in Rachel's play... but is Rachel interested in having him as a producer? This well written two-hander rings true in both dialogue and situation and offers its two actors fine roles to play. By all means, give this short a look.

Parents and children... why is it so difficult to communicate with one another? reach one another? Picnic... deals with loss... with death... but it also deals with love... with caring. It's a fine read and a solid two-hander! (The fact that the play actually deals with the playwright's heritage is a plus as well!)

An excellent short two-hander about teens... and friendship... and (no surprise) sexuality that is a wonderful work to stimulate conversation between people of all ages - but especially teens. Whether for production or pleasant reading, this is a play you want to give very serious consideration. Brava, Jennifer!

A wonderful example of a "bench play" - you know, two people sitting on a bench talking - and I'm an easy mark for a good bencher. The interplay between the characters, Harry and Jack, is totally believable and, at times, quite moving... and then there's the twist. And a fine twist it is. Do yourself a favor, give this short play your attention. You won't be sorry.

I so liked this play when I saw it in Orlando... and I like it more now. Much more. Simple, yet meaningful... touching while comic. A wonderful look at love and friendship and romance. By all means, give this play a try. You won't regret it.

A wonderfully intriguing script reminiscent of Beckett. While many recommendations revolve around the possibilities within scripts for actors (and certainly such possibilities are clearly evident here) this is a script that directors will adore. A myriad of opportunities present themselves in this wickedly wild play. Highly recommended.
