  • Shit Cake (full-length play)

I had the privilege of listening to a reading of this work and look forward to a full production. This play isn’t afraid to look at marriage and how couples can play games against one another and justify it in their own minds. The twists of the two couples and the connection in their relationship was unexpected. Some great roles for actors to dig into.

This is a one act that explores how Christian Science teaching can cause a break with reality when grief is not properly dealt with. Deb is great at building tension and with realizing interesting characters. A solid piece that would be a great addition to fringe or a conference.

This is a dark, well-crafted horror play that catches your attention right away and holds on until the last word. Imaginative and original, I hope to see this fully staged. Brilliant.

A hilarious little 10 minute play that takes advantage of Winnie the Pooh entering the public domain. Cute and definitely worth the read!

This is a touching and hilarious play that I saw at the 2022 Inge festival. It had the entire audience entranced. John is a master at blending both the funny and the heartbreaking in these 10 minutes. Masterfully done.

I saw Habitat at the 2022 Inge festival. This play had the entire audience captivated. A fantastical and imaginative work, it was whimsical, while also exploring larger themes of gender identity. A crackerjack of a 10 minute play with great pacing.

  • Gun Story

I saw this at the 2022 Inge festival in Independence KS. This play sharply created characters that bonded over their children, only to realize one parent had inadvertently been incredibly damaging to the other’s child. It is difficult to pull of a twist of tone in a 10 minute play and this one did it beautifully.
  • TOUCH THE MOON One Act Play, 3 Characters
    23 Apr. 2022
I had the privilege of watching this play at the 2022 Inge festival. It is a gripping and excellently crafted short play. This play wonderfully crafts images and time jumps to convey a mother’s horror at her daughter’s disappearance. Highly recommend this work.
