I saw this at Victory Gardens Ignition Fest this past weekend, and I'm still thinking about this play. Brown creates a world that is hilarious, dangerous, and slightly too familiar. By the end, you'll wonder what you're willing to do to help the resistance as well.

This play is an excellent example of magical realism. In an insane world, all that's left is the monstrous. When all that remains of a person is their remains, how do we stay true to ourselves?

Saw this tonight as a radio play. Still left me in tears. This is a powerfully potent play that everyone should be producing. Can you last the full eight seconds with this play and win the rodeo?

Truly one of the best act one endings I've ever seen. A devastatingly powerful, powerfully hopeful play. Do not hesitate to see this show live if you get the chance

Really great from start to finish. There's plenty of sword fighting here, sure, but there's also a tremendous amount of heart. Very original. Sure to be a darling of of the stage combat circuit for years to come

A brilliant series of nightmares that would make Philip K. Dick proud. Compelling from beginning to end. This play completely took me by surprise- highly recommend

We are proud to say that OMG! COLORING BOOKS AND SPACE SHROOMS was part of the 2017 Chicago Theatre Marathon. Our curators were instantly drawn to this hallucinogenic premise. Get ready for a strange trip!

If Oscar Wilde had lived to write a play about a society of trans women, this would be that play. Full of heart, wit, and love. Read it for yourself!

I read this in a writer's group over a year ago, and I swear I think about this play at least once a week. This play literally pushed me to plan a trip to Galena to experience its charm again. So you can't blame a hitman for wanting to protect this midwestern gem. Highly recommend this cozy murder play

This is the weirdest fucking play I've ever seen in my entire god damn life... and I loved every second of it. I don't know how else to review it, because part of the magic of this play is how surprising it is when it goes off the rails multiple times during its tight 80-minute run time. Jesus Christ. Just read it. Read this fucking play.
