This piece explores something that I think a lot of people are struggling with, what do we do when the person we've chosen to spend our lives with turns out to believe things that threaten everything you understand about the world. This is a powerful, necessary, and political play. It's one that encapsulates a tragedy of this time in history. Beautifully written.

This is a really pure and beautiful play about what an individual can want and need from the world and from the person they love most and the only person they have left. There's a beautiful sense of isolation and craving in this play! A beautiful and quick read!

This is a great little short play about the weirdest job! Morille has a knack for bizarre and engaging specificity and it makes this fun ten minute shine! Check it out and add it to your ten minute play programing! Morille is a writer to watch!
  • The Triumphant Tromboni

A fun and zany period piece that really focuses on women in the entertainment industry and the horrors they often have to face in the form of their male employers. Set in a world of magic shows and tours, this short play is a fun and fresh take on an old and exhausting conversation that needs to keep happening so that maybe it'll change. A GREAT addition to any ten minute play festival! Check it out!

This play is LOUD, ABRASIVE, FUNNY, and AGGRESIVE--a play all about what it means to become desensitized for the sake of celebrity and recognition. This is a play that defines what it means to cross lines in more ways than one.

This play has TEETH--It's irreverent, funny, horrific, heartbreaking, and sets you on edge in every way--it's satire in it's purest form. This play is unapologetic and needs to be seen. By defining "comedy" in the horrific context of today's world this play ZINGS off the page. Please give it a read!

This play is FUNNY! It's witty and deals beautifully with a rich and complex topic of what it's like to age out of the thing that gave your life purpose--what it feels like to not be wanted anymore. The characters in all of Shuttee's work LEAP off the page. He is not a writer to be missed. If you want to laugh and scratch your brain at the same time his work is a MUST READ.

This is a beautiful and magical play that will leave you feeling emotionally raw. The myth of this play is such a beautiful driving force and the mixture of that magic with the realistic narrative is HEARTBREAKING. I read this play years ago and found it again and it's one I've never shaken. Seriously stunning.

This play has TEETH and STAKES! It's so tense and the turn of finding out that Lely is Jenna's teacher was like a blow to the gut. This is a tight one act play that's fun to read and great for an all female play fest! I was really blown away by Lynett's subtext rich writing! This is a great piece! Do yourself a favor and read it today!
  • JESSE/JESSIE: A Short TYA Monologue
    12 Nov. 2018
What a lovely short monologue that deals with a pretty heavy thing for a kid to cope. Wyndham really makes this character leap off the page in a short amount of time and the arc of this monologue is so very clear. A really great piece!
