The concept of sibling relationships is one that has been well explored but Dana takes two wonderfully unique characters and mixes them into a high stress situation and then expertly drops bombshells of news throughout and you, as the audience get the tremendous joy of watching it unfold while wondering what's going to happen next. Its brilliantly entertaining and offers two fabulous powerhouse characters to play!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: A Guide to Kidnapping the Senator's Kid on Friday the 13th

I had the pleasure of producing this play as an audio production for Theatrical Shenanigans. I read it the first time I found myself saying out loud "why aren't you listening to Dylan?!" Horror films are littered with bad people and meet with a certain comeuppance due to mistakes or silly decisions and that is what Cole has crafted so brilliantly here. Loaded with tension and offering plenty in chaos as the characters and audience discover just what can possibly go wrong! Truly brilliant!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Souvenirs - One Act Play

I had the privilege of editing this piece as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans and it was a play that kept on giving. Taking the sinister journey of discovery with these three characters was great fun and the story literally gave me Goosebumps. Its a wonderful example of what can be produced on stage in the world of thriller/horror and would have audiences on the edge of their seats as well as giving three performers the gift of wonderfully deep and complex characters.

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Trail of Blood (an audio play)

I had the tremendous pleasure of producing this script as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans and had such a fun time putting it together, which was made very easy by Evan's brilliantly created scenario, the wonderful escalation of tension and the twists you do not see coming! For any lover of thrilling theatre this is a brilliant example! As a live production it offers two great roles for performers with the rapid back and forth that is sure to keep an audience guessing!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Here's The Thing

Jacquie why do you do this to me! "Here's the Thing" is a brilliantly constructed thriller that sees young people fleeing from a 'them' but all is not is as it first appears, where would be the fun in that. Offering two great roles for young people Jacquie gives the audience an experience that will have you on the edge of your seat leaning forward to know whats going to happen next, that's certainly how I read it!

So we often think about those we've lost and how we'd want to bring them back but what if that's not their plan? That and so much more is explored in this fabulous short play. I've always admired Philip's ability to create relationships that feel wonderfully real and entice the audience to feel with the characters and that certainly happened here. Offers two great roles and a scenario that will have an audience laughing at points but also tugs on the heart strings!

O...k so reading this before bed was not a good idea but in the Best possible way. Deb has created a wonderful tale where the tension escalates at a wonderful pace! • Rachel Feeny-Williams: How About Them Dodgers

While I have read and recommended this play before, it wasn't until producing for Theatrical Shenanigans that I was able to explore the true guts of the piece, and get angry in the process! The fact that the characters in this play find themselves having to share great works of creativity in secrecy tugs at the very fibre of my being as it will many others I fear. Philip has taken a scenario that is incredibly poignant and delivered a powerful scene that is sure to leave any audience talking!

I have read/recommended this play once before but having been provided with an updated version I was given the privilege to bring this characters to life for Theatrical Shenanigans. They very raw emotion and real characters made bringing this play to life easy and it holds an audience captive as you get to discover the heartache that is going on in poor David's life. Like many of Darrin's play it gives so much emotionally that it won't fail to tug at the heartstrings, beautifully constructed!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: LIARS ANONYMOUS

I had the great privilege of producing this piece for "Theatrical Shenanigans" and it is utterly fabulous dialogue to work with. To create a story is one thing but to have the characters within that story creating their own stories (falsehoods though they may be) is a brilliantly creative invention that leads to some laugh out loud moments in this witty back and forth. I would love to see what other meetings of this interesting group end up like!
