  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: The True Meaning of Christmas

I had the great honour of producing it as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans. As a piece that stirs the imagination for more festive ideas it is truly genius! I would love nothing more than a Christmas themed escape room! Those ideas, and more are discussed in the fast paced back and forth dialogue through this piece and, while you still get the 'traditional' suggestions, so much more is offered! A truly brilliant piece that will leave you thinking, maybe it is time for zombie Santa?

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Clara the Christmas Tree Angel (ten-minute play)

I had the great honour of producing it as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans. Its easy to have a Christmas play where everything is entirely jolly and cheerful but Enid offers a fabulous alternative. Elise has lost her Christmas spirit and doesn't want to celebrate, a grim start to a festive piece but we as an audience then get the joy of being introduced to one of the most wonderfully festive and fabulous characters, Clara the Christmas Tree Angel, who brings Christmas spirit in droves!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: The Santa Thing

Recently I had the great honour of producing it as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans. Its a brilliantly funny piece that starts off intriguing the audience about what 'The Santa Thing' possibly could be and, as you are told about the 'interesting' relationship Taylor has with Santa and start to discover the truth yourself, as an audience member it makes it all the funnier still. Such a joy to produce and needs more productions!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Our House to Yours

I've recommended this play once before, as a reader but recently I had the great honour of producing it as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans. Its a wonderful piece that brought a smile to my face as I thought of this woman trying to create the perfect newsletter. The characters of Stella and Dan are so real and the quick witted back and forth won't fail to put a smile on your face. Its a Deb specialty, wonderfully presented and offers emotions in spades!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: On the Eighth Day of Hanukkah My True Love Gave to Me

I've recommended this play once before, as a reader but recently I had the great honour of producing it as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans. In being able to bring Morey's characters to life I was able to see what wonderful touching moments there are between the characters you see and those you don't. Its a wonderful play that is beautiful and funny in equal measure and offers two lovely juicy parts for older performers. A true joy to produce! Just needs to go live now!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: armchAIr critic

I had the great privilege of producing this play as an audio piece for Theatrical Shenanigans and, as a creative this spoke to my soul! Debra has taken the advancement (or is that intrusion) of AI and framed a wonderful scenario, even though you can't help but feel for the playwright who falls pray to the words of a reviewer...or do they? As with many of Debs plays this piece is loaded with fabulous dialogue and can't fail in making you smile at certain times.

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Save Some Room

I had the great joy of producing this play as an audio piece for Theatrical Shenanigans. It's a wonderful two hander that presents a delightful play on words and a scenario with a twist you don't see coming. Like so many of Evans plays it's fabulously written and offers a wonderful story, with great potential as a live or audio production.

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: BeeKeeper

I had the great privilege of producing this play as an audio piece for Theatrical Shenanigans and it's a delightful piece that oozes wonderful examples of girly gossip and sexual escapades. Listening to these fabulous characters discuss their lives you can almost see the chardonnay flowing and the catty remarks coupled with delightful humour. Two fabulous roles for actresses.

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: 5 Johns

I had the great privilege of producing this piece as an audio play for Theatrical Shenanigans and it is a fabulous example of what 'could' happen. The Story of Jack the ripper is one many people know but Chris has gifted us with a wonderful alternative character in Beverly and a delightful twist. Read and produce this play to be kept guessing!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: a Very Short Play About Children and Guns

I always have said when it comes to plays about shootings and gun control that it would be a wonderful thing if plays like this didn't have to be written. However, the haunting images that Scott creates in the stage directions that begin this piece won't fail in snapping an audience to attention as they witness the tragedies that occur in a world plagued by gun violence. I remember thinking when I read that this piece borders on 'Theatre of Cruelty' as it forces the audience to face the harsh realities. Emotive, powerful and is sure to hold an audience!
