This play captures illness in a haunting and emotional way. Kathleen has Ruhl's knack for melancholic poetic worlds but definitely her own unique voice. I was very moved when I saw the reading at Last Frontier Theater Conference.

Tyler has such a fun, in your face writing style! This play is crazy crazy funny yet at its core it has real things to say about siblings trying to come into their own without abandoning the other. This play is a must read!

This play is heartbreaking, honest, awkward and very intriguing on the page. I love that this is a play about war, but not in the way you'd expect. It's such an intimate, painful little play that actors could really dig into.

I'm obsessed with this play!! It's super deep and yet super funny. Stephanie has such interesting things to say about what it means to be Jewish right now and how our generation connects with it.

This play is hilarious, creepy and super current. Alexis has a great dark sense of the humor and this play takes us somewhere I kinda really didn't wanna go, but then her writing is so good I was able to deal with it and then get way too into it :p

A piercing, freaky, beautiful drama that has a lot of big things to say about race and gender. Bianca is a daring writer who is not afraid to provoke.

This play is so fun and feisty! Asher's use of Americana references helps to create an absurb world that I wanna be in for a while!

Carolynne's fun, feisty female characters and her intriguing use of the spirits/other world/horror make this a super unique and seductive short play. This play is perfect for a Halloween short play fest!

I'm obsessed with this play. It's a sexy, deep thinking piece about the drama that happens when two artists get together and the way gender affects the course of their relationship and the way the public views them.
