I hate Hallmark Christmas movies and I often have an issue with "classic" Christmas films. I loved the give and take between the two characters as they push their personal cinematic agendas. Absolutely loved the ending! I can almost hear an audience taking sides on each film. What a great idea!

Sarah Groustra has created a wonderful story line premise that carries the day for us. The characters of Maisie is a true slice of life and undergoes terrific changes and the realistic awkwardness of growth. A challenging setting, this piece easily slides from scene to scene with pace and the dialogue is well written and poignant. A difficult subject to write well, this is a master class on writing erotica for the stage. Brava!

These two ladies are great friends and the family story is a sad, but important one. Lynn Millar has given us two wonderful characters to enjoy with a story and setting that captivates the audience and confers a deeper significance than a surface reading can show. Olive and Poppy make for terrific theater and this short piece is worthy of many performances. Brava.

Certainly, a piece that evokes strong emotions and feelings in an audience. Brent Alles weaves a tale of unthinkable events and carries us all to the edge of a mental health cliff. As a father, I can relate to the fear and how John must feel about the incident. This is a powerful stage piece that needs to be seen. Alles has a tremendous talent for dialogue and story and character and shows it all off in this master work. Brava!

A unique 10 minute piece. The characters are solid and a good challenge for actors, the plot is exciting and moves with force and the premise is a solid glimpse at the future of grief and therapy. Nicely conceived and well written, this would be a nice piece to see on stage.

As a military veteran, I felt the authenticity of the dialogue and the plausibility of the emergency contact twist. The VA is a wonderful place, but sometimes the paperwork can screw up the world. In this case, the story hits with power and makes us empathetic. This would be a treat to see on stage. Thank you, Stephanie Kline, for a nice slice of life story.

This might be the first time I've ever seen a pseudo-intellectual discussion move at the breakneck speed of a true farce! I laughed most of the way through and I'm sure an audience would be beside itself during the argument part. Nice finish as well.

What fun! The dialogue between the siblings is very slice of life and shows some of the concerns of children with elderly parents. However, Ramsey adds a twist to the plot that is both hilarious and stunning. On stage this piece would amaze and delight any audience. Well written and a terrific story!

Perfect example of the dynamic structure of the ten minute play. High motivation, exceptional characters and a powerful story with a beginning, middle and end. If you want an audience to see the way it should be done - this story is the one to use. This will work on stage and provide an opportunity for actors that is rarely to find. DC Cathro gives us a master class and we all have a meaningful session. Thank you!
