  • Glenn Alterman: Rendezvous

A beautifully written, emotional roller coaster of a play about love and loneliness. I was with it every moment. I cared about these 2 characters and I think you will be too. You think you know where it's going and then Ken Love changes the playing field. A lovely, poignant, and powerful play.

  • Glenn Alterman: #VANLIFE

As in life, sometimes you learn all that you need to know in just 60 SECONDS. Just as I thought there might be more, I realised , "Why?" Debra A. Cole has told her entire story in Van Life, succinctly. She said what she had to say! Yes, it's really true "less Is more". BRAVO!

  • Glenn Alterman: Xiernon from Glixtar

Maripat Allen has written a hysterical alien abduction comedy that goes from one laugh to the next. The relationship between a married couple and the alien, Xiernon, is crazy funny and yet says some honest things about the lives of all three. Yes I loved it- You've got to read this one!

  • Glenn Alterman: Just Like In The Movies

Joe Swenson’s delightful parody of Hallmark movies is a hoot. I was never a fan of Hallmark movies, and this fun play reminded me why. The play is clever and full of chuckles with a clever ending that left me with a big smile. Read it, you’ll enjoy it, whether you like Hallmark movies- or not.

  • Glenn Alterman: ADVOCATE: A MONOLOGUE

I loved the woman in ADVOCATE:A MONOLOGUE, from SOME AMERICANS: SOME MONOLOGUES, VOLUME 19 by Asher Wyndham. She is full of life and joy. She is the President of a nationl queer organization, and loves her life. As she joyfully chats away in her beach chair in Provincetown, we learn so much about who she is in a very short time. I honestly didn't want it to end. I felt like she was talking just to me. Beautifully written. Spend some time with her. You'll be glad you did!

  • Glenn Alterman: Namby-Pamby Jesus and the God of Judgment: A Monologue

Donald E. Baker hits the nail on the head with his clever, insightful monologue on modern Christianity. He says what so many folks know but would but would never dare say out loud. Well, in this monologue he does say it out loud and it's brave, smart, and a monologue you should definitely take a look at ---and perhaps perform. Take a look!

  • Glenn Alterman: Bagged

So much is said in this delightful, insightful one minute play. We immediately get each these characters and what they want- and "don't" want. So succinct and so meaningful.. Well done!

  • Glenn Alterman: Fading Light, Enduring Love

This is a beautiful and powerful short play. So much is said in so little time. I was stunned at the end. Bravo for brevity!

  • Glenn Alterman: RENT BOY: A MONOLOGUE

Asher Wynham’s Rent Boy: A Monologue, is a revealing and very believable encounter between a rent boy and his latest customer. Wynham doesn’t beat around the bush, he gets right to the point. And when you get to the end of this strong and precise piece, you’ll have, as I did, an “Oh, so THAT’S what this is really about!”, moment. Well written, and eye opening.

  • Glenn Alterman: A Summer Fling

I really enjoyed Nora Louise Syran’s monologue, A Summer Fling. At first it just silly fun. But as she opens up to her friend, “A Woman” reveals something very touching and revealing about herself, and the reason she hasn’t seen her friend lately. A Summer Fling would make a really lovely audition monologue
