When Janice yells at her daughter not to "take away her pain" too, I felt that so much. Grief in losing a loved one feels like our pain needs to linger as a sacrifice, an homage to the lost love. While you're in the grief, sometimes it feels terrifying to imagine yourself WITHOUT the grief. And that kind of spiral can be difficult to manage alone. Absolutely heart-wrenching.

HA! Yes! Seriously, this is a brilliant take on the "glass slipper" part of the Cinderella story.

Like an acting class open scene in its sparse dialogue, except US feels clear in its meaning...and yet, is it? Just like with love, the possibilities are endless!

Wow! This horror satire starts out hilarious in its ridiculous setting of continuing school through a zombie apocalypse, only to turn into a love letter to all the teachers that suffered for their students during the pandemic. Though, this isn't outright said, this is exactly what I saw. Funny, but so real world relatable line: "You trust me not to bite kids…but not how to teach them?" School administrators need to see this play performed at an in-service and then have a serious discussion after! Brilliant play!

This atmospheric play is really a wonderful surprise. A beautiful, inevitable end that The Kid, nor the audience will see coming. This will have audiences talking long after the lights come back up.

This is hilarious! And yet, a little disconcerting...I better read a little closer before ticking those "I agree" boxes, I guess. Sam is a delightful demon character. Another fun character many actors would love to play created by Soucy!

Healing from the loss of a pet is such a journey. The things you find that make you feel better, the things you find that make you break down...it's a new surprise every day. This is absolutely a treasure of a play. Love and tufts of fur to the fur babies here and waiting for us beyond.
