This was a sad, but touching and emotionally resonant. This play carries the weight of history, with three characters coming across generations to represent the experience of refugees. One aspect of the play that particularly struck me was the discussion of family, and the motions associated with the gift and receipt of the amulet. All in all, incredibly timely and drawing threads between different groups to represent the complexities of the American experience.

I saw "Me, Myself, and Moscato" produced as part of Shiny Unicorn Production's Off-Color Humor Festival in September of 2021. As an identical twin, I laughed and cringed- and laughed some more- at this set up. The play had a lot of heart and a strong emotional current that underscored the humor in it. Great job!

What an emotional and beautifully well-done play that speaks to the humanity of life in the city. Each character had their own unique voice, and I really loved how the monologues found poignant ways of connecting to the other ones. I also liked some of the innovative storytelling for the monologues; for instance, using the ensemble such as the teachers. This play felt very real and each character distinct and unique. Well done, Selma!

What a sweet and touching short play! The jokes hit just right, and it was a touching look at the passing of time, aging, and the joy of the Christmas spirit. It's a fun concept to personify the angel, and it was a touching look at family. Bravo!

This is a really well-done, genius short play! I loved the concept and the ending. I'm looking forward to seeing it live!

This short play would be great for high schoolers, college and youth theatre companies! The teenage characters are realistically-rendered and the dialogue feels very authentic. The Star Trek references were very well-woven in, an appropriate nod but understandable to both Trekkies and non-Trekkies alike. You really felt for these teenagers and the emotions were tinged with the unique pain and possibility of the teenage years.

What a joy to read after 2020! A poignant look at an older couple that will keep you laughing, with a twist ending. It's a great look at long-term relationships and the idea of aging. I'm looking forward to seeing it performed live!

This was a striking monologue! Keeping up a sense of plot through a monologue can be a challenge, and Megan Tripaldi was skillful at keeping the audience enthralled by slowly revealing information. The imagery about baking the bread was particularly well-done and evocative. Well done!

I loved the characters and their unique, individual voices. The ending on this one was chilling and powerful. The play may be short, but it packs a powerful punch about the idea of regret and forgiving yourself. The reveal at the end was powerful and well-earned.

This was a great play that draws the readers in with the humor only to twist the emotional knife with it's important subject matter, immensity of topics covered, and the emotional weight of the ending. I laughed out loud and also thought deeply about how I thought about the world. Great job!
