This play is wildly free, deliciously cheeky, and very funny. I was so genuinely amused by this!

An irresistible, ridiculous, wild, poetic, rollicking jaunt into the absurd and the beautiful. This play is hilarious, and joyful, with sass, comedy, depth, and tons of heart. A killer play for actors and a production team all around. I need, NEED this play to be fully realized.

This play is a gorgeously drawn slow-burn full of beautiful dialogue, memorable characters, and astounding production possibilities. There are surreal and mythical elements that entice the audience to follow along with the more grounded familial and human elements. It's a haunting, satisfying journey. I am absolutely mesmerized by this work, and hope it gets a full production soon.

I love memory plays, and had the pleasure of seeing this performed by several strong actors at the Hindsight 2022 International New Short Play Fest last year. This is a fully realized short play, with depth, heart, and true beauty. There's a lovely sense of nostalgia, a pang of things that still do damage, and the bittersweetness of living in memories. I was touched very much by this gorgeous work.

I played Petal in this beautiful play (At Left Edge Theatre's original short play fest last year), and it was a true honor. The director and I wanted more of her story. Deep Breath offers a simple set-up with very intimate, entertaining, and tantalizing elements that leave the audience to question what exactly is going on. It's funny, heartfelt, and definitely thought-provoking. The invasion of Ukraine had just begun when I took this role, and I was deeply upset- Petal offered me a way to explore my own humanity, and I am grateful for that chance.

These plays are just dripping with romantic, lush, gorgeous details and settings. It makes me want to book a trip to France immediately. All the essence of the holidays are poured into these plays, and then some-- beautiful use of animals and music, too. What a dreamy experience.

Where has this play been all my life? It's hilarious, exceedingly clever, and just plain FUN. The characters are so well realized that any capable actor would have a field day performing. And the songs are catchy as Hell (no pun intended)!

This is a very interesting script and could really soar with two strong leads. My mind is racing about the implications of the ending! What happens to them? Does one turn on the other? Do they have a weird pact going on? I am getting a very deliciously dark vibe from it all, and I love it!

This tale has some beautiful opportunities for excellent visuals and production design: set, costumes, sounds, lighting. What a feast for the senses this play could be if staged! I love the simple message of the fable, and the discordant tone that it strikes as we know what is coming for the main character. There's a nice sense of foreboding and I think this can give strong actors a chance to really sink their teeth into the sadness and weariness.

Hilarious, witty dialogue, and fully fleshed-out characters make this play a rollicking good time. I admire how tightly crafted this entire thing is, because it makes the story so much like a funhouse ride that you willingly abandon yourself to, with an added dose of snark. This would be an awesome show to play a role in-- the entire cast would have an absolute gas.
