Cassidy Byron is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dramatic Writing and minors in Producing and American Sign Language. As a playwright, Cassidy writes dramas primarily focusing on themes of grief, queerness, and spirituality, and strives to create representation for those who rarely see people like themselves on the stage. Cassidy's work has been performed in theatres across the United States, including California, Ohio, Georgia, New Jersey, and New York. Backstage, Cassidy works as a stage manager, most notably with the off-Broadway production of House of Telescopes (A.R.T./NY) in 2024.
