  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: 13 Seconds with Lin-Manuel Miranda

A delightful and deeply relatable story. Sandra’s journey in finding her voice and the growth in her confidence was lovely to see. Ends satisfyingly with a great moral that is not soap-box heavy-handed, but instead earned. Youth theatre groups would have a blast putting this on!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: KING

Ten minutes of royal fun and snowman puns until you’re whacked with a twist! Definitely didn’t see that ending coming. With nonstop laughs and some great opportunities for physical comedy, actors would have a blast bringing this play to life and it would be a surefire crowd-pleaser at any festival, especially near the holidays.

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Watercolors

Blame, grudge, grief, and love are tackled with Philip Middleton Williams usual poise and dialogue so human, so real you can hear it. Extraordinarily, the late Eric who is discussed but not seen in this play, is as well-crafted as any of the other characters. Williams paints perfect portraits in each of these layered men, navigating love and loss each in their own unique way.

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Interlocus

A beautiful, tragic love story about how precious time is. Tiffany’s unique voice shines through as equal parts hilarious and erudite and teaches us through “Interlocus” to savor every moment. Profoundly human, with a layer of mysticism that will keep audiences on the edge of their seat.

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Malört and the Siblings Wojciechowski

Oh dear does this resonate in July of 2024! Glad to get some genuine belly-laughs out of a situation that feels oh so hopeless most of the time. This short script was a breath of fresh bitching! Excellent work. I might have to pour a shot myself after reading - just maaaybe not Malort. Gross! ;)

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: my brother's keeper

A dark parable on free will that will speak to anyone post-deconstruction, like I. Quite the shocker, but sparks a very worthy conversation. Kudos to the fantastic monologue near the end of the play that would also work perfectly as a standalone! Those searching for your next audition piece, take a look!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: The Grape Nerds Reunion- Full Length

Alli has written a remarkably relatable play, with complicated characters that are penned so well you feel like you’ve known them since high school. Her message, with shades of Turtles All the Way Down, inspires hope and speaks to that desire deep inside me, that I could go back and tell teenage me “it will be okay.” I only wish I could’ve read this play back then. Phenomenal work.

If theatre is absent in “paradise,” then I want no part of it. What a brilliant tribute to the COMMUNITY of community theatre. The found family of community theatre has saved my life many times and continues to feed my soul, and I hope and pray it will persist beyond the Earth. What a fantastic play.

A science fiction folktale?! Just brilliant! For a play about artificially intelligent robots, this one act sure has a lot of humanity at its heart. Special shout out to Ever Ready- who may just be my favorite robot in all theatre canon. Well done!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: An Audience of One

Seen at the Valdez Theatre Conference. This powerful short play reminds us that each stranger we meet on the street has their own complex, deep, personal lives and minds that are all too easy to ignore in our brief mundane encounters and transactions. We are more. This play is not just clever wordplay, no, Michael allows us to re-examine how we treat each other. It's profoundly human, extremely effective.
