  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: How to Pronounce Samhain

Spooky, snarky, sentimental- all at once. Michael writes with such vivid imagery, this graveyard (ironically) comes alive off the page. Special kudos to the character of Matty- one of the best-written teens I have encountered in a play. Produce this play, especially ideal for a Halloween performance!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Red River Falls

I was hooked by the concept alone. We all wish we could go back and fix our past- but as Steven poignantly illustrates, our wishful fixes are not always the answer. This play, while set in the 70s, is beautifully timeless and immensely relatable. Hilarious until it is heart wrenching. Hope to see it produced and soon.

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Cabana Boy

You will fall in love with these intelligent, fully realized characters just as quickly as they fall for each other. Every minute Philip gifts us with line after line that packs a punch, makes you think, makes you love, and sometimes even breaks your heart. This beautiful play must be produced and soon!!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: MATES IN SPACE!

Hilarious, quick-witted, and fabulously accomplished. Actors will have a blast becoming these larger-than-life characters on a mission! I heavily recommend!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: JOLLY, HAPPY SOUL

Existential Frosty the Snowman is one of those genius concepts that leaves you wondering, "how have we not seen this before?!" Karen's final lines, calling back to the original special, solidifies this as a morbid holiday classic. Would love to see actors tackle this on stage!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Fresh Hell

I am 23 years old with no kids, yet this play still induced horrid flashbacks of signing my (nonexistent) child up for camp. Intensely relatable! I have a personal love for creative stage directions, utilized brilliantly with: "the tension is palpable, like runners at a starting line" and "the same intensity as a child waiting for Santa Claus." The picture is so clear! Hilarious!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: CATS and Commonalities

It is very true: folks either adore Cats or hate it with a passion! (As a Cats lover, I have definitely had this conversation before.) It is so fitting that this play feel like an 80s rom-com, for these two movie enthusiasts finally find the rom-and-com in each other. Short, sweet, and I can practically hear the "awws" of an audience as I read. Well done!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: Emma the Final Girl

Brent turns a Horror trope we all know too well upside down and spins it around. So twisted, so unexpected, but so funny- and perfect for a Halloween performance! I especially loved the monologuing ABOUT monologuing. Well done!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: HELLISH DELIGHTS (Four New One-Act Plays)

Four plays, each extraordinarily different than the last, yet all teeming with poetic imagery and a different interpretation (some more literal than others) of purgatory. Some very juicy monologues to work with, if you are looking for one! "Somewhere South of Bethlehem" was a personal favorite, but there is something special to find in all four of these plays. Simply excellent.

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: I Don't Care

Ah yes, those customer support calls always seem to escalate into chaos, don't they? Hilariously relatable and a super fun dynamic that performers would devour!
