You're told the goal is happily ever after, but the goal is truly understanding each other and loving even the quirks. This one-minute play captures all of this beautifully.

Even the worst of us have a shot at doing things right the next time around, as long as we keep trying. The story of "Alfred" redeeming himself slightly from a horrific past by dabbling in arts in his next life solicits a hopeful feeling to go with the threat of living eternity on a shelf if he fails. Witty, funny and enjoyable!

A tale as old as time, men whining about the good ol days when they didn't have so many expectations. I'd feel bad for these tormented souls if I could just tune up the volume on the tiny violin speakers. Funny takedown of a culture. Using "have you seen that movie" in place of actual conversation is so spot on it hurts.

Goofy, funny and smart. Great combination for a comedy festival that will keep the audience engaged throughout as it twists some standard humor tropes into fresh laughs.

Jones does an incredible job of combining intense sorrow, love and beauty into one of the hardest places for such love and beauty to blossom. These characters are very strong. So much so I think they warrant a longer story!

This play was a delight to read. The characters are authentic and the lines are packed with humor. LOL moments and a delicious ending to boot. Like a slice of cake on a milkshake before lights out!

In the end we hope to hold the ones we love. It make the end bearable I think. The feelings of fear, anxiety and finally relief are captured in such a short sprint of a play. Well done.

This is an excellent dark comedy. The topic is taboo, macabre and sad, but none of that stops the rumor mill from turning. Thank God we have these two exemplary characters to lead us through the woods instead of the cousin!

I adore this short play. Plenty of humor, witty dialogue and physical comedy for actors to play with. Beyond that it dances along the macabre of true crime that I love to peer over. Gotta go turn the compost bin now after this delightful read.

Get out of my head Leah. So relatable. Also an excellent display of dialogue and saying sooo much with few words. Excellent read.
