A haunting and powerful exploration about national tragedy and how it affects its people on a personal level. Amador has a way to connect the past with the present, the old believes and new ones with such grace you can't help but be hooked to it from the start.

A strong examination of the human condition when the condition is a rough and harsh reality. I saw a powerful production of Bettis play last year, and while at first it didn't click, I've been haunted by its prose and power ever since. A great work which deserves another run.
  • FUCK BUDDY: THE MONOLOGUE

A delight of a monologue. Wyndham has the power of saying so much with so little in his monologues and this one is no exception. From the crude and raw language, to the insightful and clever statements that are said "20 something" has our attention. She/He/Them even has our love as we can easily relate to the feeling and exasperation "20 something" is experience. We could also easily relate to the other side who's just listening. Great job.

A terrifying and intense play in which the importance of what home could be is explored to thrilling effect. A powerful study of love and protection, Cassidy put us into some of the most uncomfortable situations I've read on a play yet I couldn't stop moving forward. I needed to keep going! Bringing the tension to 11, Mr. Cassidy gives us a play we will not soon forget!

A thrilling play that creates a unique atmosphere to discuss the themes of motherhood and beliefs. Hooking its audience from the first scene, Bavoso tangles us up in the main conflict while also giving us new takes on old ideas. This is definitely a new way of doing a haunted house story, one that is not only fresh, but that may be smguve a stronger perspective on what makes something haunted.

This is a thing of beauty. i mean it! This play hit me in my very core both as a hispanic and a s writer. Burbano's uses magical realism with extreme ease and this is only matched by her complex characters. This is the kind of characters actors would die to play and the kind of writing that directors live to work on. I hope to see a production of this riveting work as soon as possible.

A riveting portrait of a man haunted by expectations and disillusionments, Reed's play engages her audience early one. As a result we feel connected to Roddy, share his pain, and relish the complex nature of the characters. What a pleasure to read!

Great characters come to life in this powerful approach to motherhood and aging. Knight Narang has given us strong relations and coupled them with clever twists and turns in this powerful family drama. Add to that relatable dialogue and this is a must read!

A devastating study about a man that feels like a misfit even with himself. A powerful statement on miscommunication and white lies and the consequences that depression may have on family and friendship!

A great exploration about the effects that the House UnAmerican Activities Committee had on all societies. Jolly's dialogue captivates us into immersing ourselves in a world now almost forgotten but that has become relevant again. The play spotlights the people that are usually ignored when the the conversation about House UnAmerican Activities Committee comes up, but that might have suffered the most as collateral victims of the hunt.
