So much is accomplished in so few pages. I love the production possibilities for this play, the sisters and their predicament, and of course MERMAIDS. Who doesn't love mermaids? The mermaid totally steals the show, and it makes me wish there was a whole full-length just about her. Femia has such a talent for writing characters that you just crave more from. Really well done.

I really love this play. It has two great roles, and the dialogue is so natural, smart, and funny. There's this trail the characters go down, to uncomfortable and new territory, and it's handled with care and honesty. I am very excited to explore more of Gina Femia's work after reading this.

Bohannon gets fan culture perfectly in this great ten-minute play that also grapples with growing up and friendship in a really fun way. ONCE UPON A LINE is funny and charming. Brings me back to the good ol' waiting for the next Harry Potter book to come out days!

This play lives in the fantastic middle ground between funny and creepy. EDMUND FITZWATER DOESN'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU makes you question all the technology around you, and what it may or may not know. In the same spirit as Twilight Zone with three very well written characters and spot on dialogue. Would love to see it produced!

This play is so magical and and awfully funny! All the characters are so well drawn, it sounds very similar to when my kids do their magic tricks/fight. I was rooting for all the characters for sure, they're so well drawn, but the little brother, Travis, totally steals this play. Read and produce this play!

Creative approach to a historical piece. I enjoyed how Hansen plays with dramatic form in this brief play, it was also fascinating to learn about some of the initial reactions to such a classic piece of the American Theater.

Super silly and quirky. PRINCE NICE GUY asks all those questions we have when we're watching Disney movies wondering why no one ever calls the police. Hageman also gives two great roles for actors to dig into and enjoy the comedy of, in the play. Well done!

Funny and quick, LOCKER ROOM does an excellent job at flipping the roles we force boys into playing. I makes me wish American society encouraged boys to engage in the arts as much as it encourages them to play sports.

Adorable and cute, Hayet has a knack for mixing comedy with these small beautiful and sweet moments. I also feel like I've had this conversation with both of my kids, so kudos for accuracy!

Any play that can put tears in my eyes in under ten pages is special, this one did it more than once, and I was just reading it to myself in my office. This play would rock a holiday festival, as it is as funny as it is touching and sweet. Really well written, Grandma's for the win!
