Is Francois a roué, a con man or a gent? Not to worry, as the two ladies have got his number. A fun script for older folks.

A perfect Zoom play about a relationship and flowers. I look forward to seeing the Aurora Theatre production filmed in Hong Kong.
  • Choices: A Ten-Minute Play
    2 Nov. 2020
Wow, this play goes deep. Deal with the Devil or live in poverty. Choices indeed. A very dark, interesting play. Doomed to scare the pants off of everyone in debt.
  • Mission
    18 Oct. 2020
This piece could be about hundreds of couples...used to each other, but not sure why anymore. Their "mission" in life is undefined. Travel more? Have a baby? Should they split up? The end moment provides us with a bit of an answer, when Lee uses his phone to photograph the church and himself.

When you think you know where this delightful play is going, it changes directions. In ten short minutes it teaches us about art...what it is and who should be making it; about kindness and about remembering and about honoring people for who they are.
  • LEAVING A HOLE - 5-minute monologue
    12 Oct. 2020
This heart breaking monologue will leave a hole in your heart. It starts so simply...a dentist visit for a tooth pull. Once that tooth is gone and the hole is there, we slide into darkness, fear and the ever lasting knowledge that nothing will ever be the same. Based on a true event, it leaves you breathless and weepy.
  • THEY COME AND COME
    11 Oct. 2020
This short play could be taking place now, except the accents would be different. Immigrants, still trying to assimilate. Newcomers looking for family members. It's a lovely look at an earlier age and time in America, but the problems are the same.
  • The End Is Just The Beginning
    2 Oct. 2020
Forced friendships rarely work, and these don't. And there was pay involved! A real treat for four actors. Reminds you to turn off your mic!
  • MAMA'S BIRTHDAY (A Zoom Play)
    2 Oct. 2020
The kids are signed on to Zoom to celebrate Mom's birthday. The usual sniping goes on between the siblings, until Mom finally enters on Zoom. They serenade her and then she loses contact with them. What's usually said behind closed doors is blatantly broadcast and funny. Careful what you say in the Zoom Room!
  • RESPECT THE NOSE -a monologue
    2 Oct. 2020
This is a delightful monologue that talks about clowns being the embodiment of innocence. I have never understood why people are afraid of clowns. They exist to entertain you and take the pressure off your day by making the simplest task seem possible. #floridadramatists
