  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: That Winning Feeling

Full on laugh from me...startled my dog...at the end of page 7. The characters in this are so familiar and so relatable. You will be rooting for Sarah and wanting to go for coffee with PC Denton by the end of this play!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Silent Scream

What a nightmare. And we don't need to hear what the assailant is saying to Jenna. It doesn't matter. This is the perfect illustration of how women try to deescalate when someone is being too pushy for their time. And possibly more. It's so important to not hurt feelings...to be polite. And yet, it the end, it doesn't matter. Just terrifying.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Signpost Up Ahead

Oh this is very spooky and told in a surprising way. Especially the cliffhanger! A great piece for an evening of Halloween shows or just a "thriller night."

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS IN FRANCE

These short plays are woven together to make one beautiful holiday blanket. They're poems. They're paintings. And honestly very inspirational. There are so many ways this show can be presented! I see a walking holiday production where the guests are guided from place to place to see each scene. Or a great holiday film! The possibilities are endless. If you are looking for something to produce for your holiday programming that can involve a LOT of artists, this is your project!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Voiceless

A fast-paced, self aware, almost Mel Brooksian fairy tale. This would be perfect for high schools, community theatres or even professional theatres to produce for a fun evening of theatre! Every role is a fun part to play.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: IT'S ELEMENTAL (10-minute comedy, 4 characters)

I love short plays with big characters. But this is more than that. It starts out fun and over the top. But the message becomes strong and clear. This should be performed at climate summits! It will certainly get people paying attention!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Devil and the DMV

Hell is bureaucracy. And somehow WE created this system to make things "easier?" The fun in this piece is watching the creator of all evil suffer the same things we all must suffer in order to simply exist! Both roles would be delightful to play!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Daddy's Safe

Tension with hilarity! Make sure you cast a professional singer/voice artist for the screamer role! And possibly someone already a little deaf as her scene partner.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Stork Patrol

I absolutely love this play! This explains the whole issue in such a clever way and I really hope the right audiences see this. I adore the way it is executed and I am clapping my hands enthusiastically at my computer screen. Imagine the reaction from a full house theatre!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Miss Communication

This is such a clever commentary on our illusion of connection through technology. At first it seems the two are speaking to each other, but as the play goes on, the audience isn't so sure. This would be a great piece for a communications class or some other student group to watch and discuss after!
