  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Stuck At Home for Christmas

The visuals alone on this piece will have people rolling with laughter! Very relatable and fun for a pair of actors to try some great feats of physical comedy. And with the holiday theme? You can't go wrong!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Village Bakehouse - A Script In A Day

This feels like an eerie painting of an old town come to life and has sucked you in to its Twilight Zone world. Very comfortable in its simple ways, but scary as it is an unending cycle you can never escape...or can you? Very inspirational piece!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Bear - Beginnings

From the first line, I gasped. I am drawn in and I know this is a story that needs to be told, and needs to be heard! This could possibly be the start of an award winning animated story! I am hooked!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Blindfold

The whole concept of this piece is just delightful. Simple, but great fast-paced dialogue. I truly laughed out loud at the end. Steve and Doug are a great pair!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Guardian Angel of Death

When the stage is riddled with corpses and you're laughing and hoping for more...does that make you a bad person? No, It just makes Adam Richter a great writer! Go ahead and enjoy the handy work of this hapless angel of death. You won't regret it!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Snow Angel

This is such a sweet Christmas story. It went in directions I wasn't expecting and had me leaning in to each turn. Just a delightful story to add to your holiday program and a great vehicle to feature a talented young actor!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: I am Esmeralda

Until I read this out loud I didn't really feel the power and poetry of this piece. I highly recommend you read this out loud to yourself or hand it to someone to read to you. This monologue really brings to life a natural disaster, that we all know has a life of its own. But here, you get to hear a voice and a personality, too!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: She Got Better

I love this modern story with fairy tale features entwined. This would be such a strong piece for two female identifying actors! Award winning moments in here. Just a lovely tale of suffering, strength and women helping each other. I especially love the dissection of the frog and the scorpion parable, because that story has always bothered me, too! Great play...I would even tell filmmakers to consider this.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Man, the Creature

This is a fascinating retelling of Dostoevsky's time in a Siberian prison camp. Harsh and life changing, but with moments of levity that will bring audiences in to relate to these very human people suffering for various infractions against Russia. A great piece to bring Russian history and literature to life!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: ALEXIS: A MOTEL MONOLOGUE WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

I love Alexis and how hard she is trying to make things better in a terrible situation. This is a snapshot of how many people struggled during the pandemic. It's real and it's uncomfortable. It's a great solo piece with great business for the actor as they perform.
