  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Love Me, Love My Work

I adore this play! It was not going remotely where I thought it was and as the plot unfurled my smile got bigger and bigger! This is meta done right! I don't want to give too much away because watching this story develop is exactly what makes it so wonderful!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Little Red Handed

This is absolutely hilarious and delightful! The soap opera delivery of "The Mauling" gets me every time! But also the message about family and elder fraud is actually kind of important! Still, so very funny and over the top in just the right ways! Audiences will be roaring with laughter!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Adventures of Pat the Exterminator: Pests

I LOVE this vampire play. But even more so, I LOVE Pat! Pat has got to be the best pest control character I have ever encountered. So cool and laid back. Even in the presence of a vampire! I was giggling throughout. This would be my favorite short in an evening of Halloween themed plays, no doubt! I think Pat deserves a series!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Melatonin Miners

Now this is the celebrity parade you would only see with the right drugs in your system. These particular drugs being melatonin. It immediately starts out disorienting with Beethoven sitting on the end of the bed speaking only in German to poor Steve! Absolutely wacky and a fun opportunity to play some classic characters! Bring on the Carl Reiner and W C Fields auditions!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: THE RIPPLE EFFECT, award-winning 10-minute comedy for two actors

Adorable couple moment trying to be more than just a couple. The struggle to become "a family" is very real and very fun at the same time.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: A QUARTER PLACED ON RAILROAD TRACKS

This play takes you right to the time when you were literally at your own crossroads of life. The emptiness of leaving the past behind, the faint light of hope in the distance. The beauty is this script gives you two very solid characters that get to find some very real moments with each other. This is a lesson in connection beyond words. Just being in the moment. Heartbreaking and real.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Concierge

This little play hits hard. It puts you in a familiar, aspirational setting. A posh hotel. A place where you go to get away from it all. But the young woman who enters this hotel must decide if she really wants to get away from it ALL or just stay here. Very Twilight Zone. Thoughtful and creepy.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Fifty Shades of Grayskull: An Autocorrected Play

I've been wanting to paint my kitchen in "Overcast Pizzeria." Dennis is a pretty good decorator! I laughed at all of the wacky sound effects following the "By the ____ of Grayskull"s. So silly! Nostalgic and a bit creepy!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Not Backing Up, Not Backing Down

Two passive aggressive and entitled men get weird to get their way! Obviously there is nothing more magical than a pull through parking spot, but the lengths these two guys will go to get their pull through are absolutely wacky! Make sure this is the last show of your evening, because the physical comedy gets messy! I love that they only do damage to themselves in this piece and not each other, as well. A total metaphor for what road rage can do!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: It's the Thought... That Kills!

If you ever were a fan of the film noir parody, this is the script for you! So fun, with the monologues crashing each other's moments. But not only is the comedy spot on, the noir is, too! A fun murder mystery solved in 10 fast paced pages!
