  • John Kelly: The Séance

Brother and sister Charles and Carrie want to make Uncle Elbert happy by holding a seance to reach their deceased Aunt Sue, Elbert's ex. They hire a "sketchy" medium, Zelda, to bring about the communication between realms. But when Zelda appears to be anything but legitimate, things begin to go haywire. It's just possible Sue has decided to communicate with one and all without the help of the scheming Zelda. Good fun for all. Recommended.

  • John Kelly: Another Cassandra?

A modern day Cassandra tale set in the hidden recesses of today's theatre. Cleverly constructed and most timely. Do give this play a look. Recommended.

  • John Kelly: Jacked

A wickedly clever short that begins as a wild, absurdist comedy and ends... well... you'll need to discover that for yourself. Original, lively, intelligent... loads of fun for the reader or viewer. Recommended!

  • John Kelly: Here I Gauguin

A wonderful radio comedy about a man - Paul - who visits the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and is convinced by Temanava - the bare-breasted Tahitian woman of Gauguin's "Whispered Words" - that he is, in fact, the reincarnation of the famous painter. Clever, catchy, and captivating, this work is sure to please. Wonderful style. Brava!

A wonderfully written, touching two-hander about love and life... hate and reproach... homophobia and religion. So much is included in this fine work. Highly Recommended.

  • John Kelly: For a Man Your Age

A wonderful two-hander featuring two superb roles for two older - no, make that mature - or better yet, sage - male actors. Michael and Will, a gay couple, are trapped with one another (on a Saturday, of all days!) when their building's elevator is out of use. It's thirteen stories to the ground - too far for either of them to travel. Which means... they are joyously trapped with one another. Highly recommended!

  • John Kelly: Miss Diagnosed

A wonderfully serious short play about psychiatry and people... and caring and taking time... and oh, so much more. Miss Diagnosed looks simple - and in some ways it is - but it is a touching and important play. By all means, give it a read! Recommended.
