  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: Visitation

A loving mother, imprisoned by regrets, remorse, and guilt, is visited by her son. Memories, some good, some bad surface in this poignant, one-act play. Heartrending, this is a play that needs to be shown in schools and colleges throughout the world. Bravo!

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: CAMPUS CAMPER: A COLLEGE MONOLOGUE

This monologue is a great vehicle for a young actor. The dialogue is funny, real, gritty, and multilayered. The character feels alienated, frightened, and all alone in a less than welcoming college atmosphere because their political opinions make them an outcast. Thought-provoking and well-crafted, I would love to see this staged.

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: A Conversation About Mom

This short play, featuring a deadbeat dad and a resentful son, feels like you are watching two prize fighters going nine rounds. The well-crafted dialogue, laced with insults and accusations, packs one gut-wrenching punch after another. Bravo!

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: Turkey Baby

It’s Thanksgiving time and who could resist a play called “Turkey Baby?” This two-character, one-act play is funny, contemporary, and well-crafted. The mother/daughter relationship rings true, and the dialogue is realistic and fast-paced. I would love to see this staged.

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: HOLLY (Audio Play)

A play about choices. The hard ones that leave us feeling damned if we do and damned if we don’t. The characters are well-developed and believable. The plot has an interesting twist, and the ending is heartrending. This audio play is thought-provoking and compelling.

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: The Cardinal

A miracle, according to “Oxford’s English Dictionary,” is “A highly improbable or extraordinary event that brings very welcome consequences.” According to “A Course in Miracles,” a miracle is a correction in perception, and the awareness of love’s presence. This beautifully written one-act miracle play reveals a shift in perception and an outpouring of love that occurred between a mother and her gay son when a Hermaphrodite bird makes a rare appearance. This synchronistic occurrence opened up a long overdue dialogue between this mother and son that may have even been inspired by a deceased...

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: The Fight for Purity, A Radio Play

This would be a fun radio play to listen to while you are driving. It would certainly keep your mind off the traffic! And besides, who doesn’t love an old-fashioned spaghetti western with a good showdown? The interaction between the characters is a riot. Great dialogue and a laugh a minute. Bravo!

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: The Early Flight

A husband, feeling guilty about his “fiscal infidelity” (gambling ) accuses his wife of cheating? Is she or isn’t she. That depends upon the choice of endings. Creative and compelling, I loved it!

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: The Brief Lifespan of a Butterfly (Monologue)

A very relatable monologue. How often have all of us felt like we were talking to ourselves when we were actually trying to have a dialogue with our significant other? A great piece to use for an audition with the wide-range of emotions expressed throughout this memorable short piece. I would love to see this staged and watch the audience squirm with recognition as they witness this well-written monologue.

  • Cindi Sansone-Braff: Ghosts at a Narcan Training

Timely and thought provoking, tackling some heavy topics, such as ghosting and overdosing, this short play packs a powerful punch that 20-somethings can really relate to. Crisp dialogue with plenty of rich subtexts, this play is well-crafted and stage-worthy!
