  • Jack Levine: The Big Sneeze (or Much Achoo About Nothing) (FULL LENGTH)

“…you’re going to love this” is the last line in this romantic comedy, and I can say without a doubt that you absolutely will. “The Big Sneeze (Or Much Achoo About Nothing” is a LOT OF FUN. There’s so much to love about this play. The comedy is the laugh-out-loud kind from beginning to end. If you want to read a delightful play, this is it!

  • Jack Levine: The Snake in the Sandbox

MARSHALL LOGAN GIBBS tackles homophobia in a dramatic, heartfelt, moving short play. I loved reading “The Snake In The Grass”. There’s so much to this gem. I found the snake to be a wonderful metaphor for the way people can think of the same thing in totally different ways. BRAVO, Marshall!

  • Jack Levine: I Dreamt of You

I have to say that MATHEW GREEN’s short play, “I DREAMT OF YOU”, was a total shocker at the end. It was so unexpected. I love unexpected twists and this play certainly had one. Fun read.

  • Jack Levine: Gameplay

As an eighty-plus year old and grandfather of six preteens and teenagers, I really related to “Gameplay”. I often wondered if ‘too much time on the internet playing games’ was a big negative. This wonderful short play, “Gameplay” by DARRIN FRIEDMAN” is truly a gem. I certainly learned something important: Sometimes ‘distractions’ are really important and can be extremely positive. Bravo, Darrin!

  • Jack Levine: Fighting Hands

RACHEL FEENY-WILLIAMS has written a short but impactful play of love, regret, and bitterness. “FIGHTING HANDS” is about the relationship of a father and daughter. Can there be a reconciliation? Should there be? When a father ‘walks out’, does he still have ‘rights’ as a father? This is a very worthwhile play and should be performed, as the audience will love it!

  • Jack Levine: HO HO WHATEVER

JULIE BRANDO’s “Ho Ho Whatever” play is really a fun read. I loved the twists and laughed out loud more than once. This is a sure-shot to be a favorite Holiday short play at any Festival.

  • Jack Levine: Plus One

MOREY NORKIN’s “Plus One” is a beautiful little play of two seniors who have a connection which could become romantic. The play is a wonderful, feel-good romantic comedy. Two older actors will have fun performing this play.

  • Jack Levine: My Gift to You is Peace

SCOTT SICKLES’ ten-minute play, “My Gift To You”, takes the subject of bullying and opens the door to a. uniquely interesting, creepy take on what a victim of bullying might do. I was enthralled and stunned at the same time. An audience will be mesmerized and will talk about this play long after the curtain closes. Bravo!

  • Jack Levine: Years of Sky

BARBARA BLATNER’s full-length play, “Years Of Sky”, is one of those plays that cannot be set aside. It needs to be read and performed. Truly, this play grabbed my attention from its beginning and took me through a mix of strong emotions. There are many layers to this gem, and I loved it all. Each character is multidimensional, the dialogue is superb, and the storyline is never boring. Great job!
