Julie Brandon’s five-minute play had a nice twist. It’s a fun play to read.

Richard Lyons Conlon’s full-length play, “El Sueno Americano”, is a timely play, which depicts very real lawlessness of I.C.E. agents. The play is powerful and captivating from beginning to the end. The ending is well-done and will be remembered and discussed well after the audience leaves the theater. I would hope this play finds its way onto a stage. I strongly recommend this play!

Brent Alles’s play, “I Dream of Sunrise”, is an interesting look at the pros and cons of hope. Is dreaming a curse or blessing? What should you be willing to sacrifice to have hope, to achieve your fondest wish? I highly recommend this play!

Dan Taube’s play, “Cats In The Cradle”, will make you think of your own relationship with a parent, in this case father and son. There are many layers of emotions, intertwined with relationships, both meaningful and superficial. I enjoyed the thought provoking dialogue, with many insights into divorce, dependency, and death. Good work!

You can always count on Adam Szymkowicz to write a great play. I am delighted to highly recommend “Still Life With Julianne and Bicycle”. The Director and actors, who put this play in front of an audience, will have a rich, dramatic, heartfelt piece to work with. There are many layers, words of wisdom, and characters you can relate to. Great job!

Dana Leslie Goldstein’s ten-minute play, “A Little Help”, is a sweet, romantic get together of divorced parents at their daughter’s home. There is so much truth in what is revealed. Nice work!

DANIELLE WIRSANSKY’s “Million Dollar Wound” has many layers: Fear, regret, tragedy. The three soldiers are each powerful characters, who are themselves forced to bear so much pain. They are returning home, but their battle is not over by any means. They have to deal with lost relationships, continued pain and suffering, nightmares of horrible events. And there is the courageous efforts of Elsie Ott, who did so much to administer to these wounded soldiers. This is a wonderful short play.

DANIELLE WIRSANSKY’s short play, “They Call Me Perseverant”, is truly relevant in today’s times. Built-in prejudices towards females in the military, people who are citizens but look like foreigners, unfair barriers in our society, are brought to light. So much to think about, strong emotional impact, and a bit of history are provided in this short, but worthwhile, gem. Bravo!

DANIELLE WIRSANSKY’s “Holocaust Syndrome” is a worthy depiction of the greatest of Golda Meir, who was one of the most influential leaders in Jewish history. The monologue at the end of this play was so moving. I hope this play is performed, not just for Jews, not just for historians, not just for its beauty, but mostly for the impact it can have on those who should know of what happened so it will never happen again.

KRISTY MEANOR and DOUG SEGREST have teamed up to write a witty, weird, and wonderful full-length play. You will be taken back in time and enthralled with interesting characters, intriguing plot, and fun dialogue for the actors to perform and the audience to watch. “HOORAY FOR HARRY HOOD” should be produced. Bravo!
