CHRISTOPHER PLUMRIDGE’s “Are You Comfortable?” is a well-written suspenseful piece, which raises interesting questions and issues. The playwright’s decision to have ‘him’ and ‘her’ as characters, rather than identifying their relationship, provides the Director and Actors a delicious opportunity to bring a fascinating play to a stage. Nicely done!

RACHEL FREENY-WILLIAMS has once again written a meaningful, interesting, and cleverly written play, “My Friend”. It is a moving piece with intense emotions and delves into the issue of bullying. I always enjoy reading and watching Rachel’s plays. This one is another one of her gems.

REX MCGREGOR uses a leaf, a bud and a flower to cleverly and wittily to delve into some of life’s issues, such as friendship. “Phony On A Twig” is a short piece with a message worthy of being read and performed. Good job!

JOHN BUSSER takes a new look at the possibilities of Jesus Christ, Peter and Paul having to deal with a problem of their own making. “A Higher Power” is a witty piece in which we can all laugh and smile.

There’s nothing funny about war, except if you read AMIR RAZAVI’s witty short play, “3 Soldiers”. I laughed out loud when reading it.

AMIR RAZAVI takes us on a fun ride in which Frank tries to avoid a a date with Martha. One excuse is more profound than the next. Yet, when a girl is determined to be with a guy - well, you will have to read “Excuse Me” to find out what she will do. But, you will thoroughly enjoy this witty gem.

JACQUELYN FLOYD-PRISKORN takes us on a wonderful journey in which we learn much and enjoy immensely a beautifully written play. “Barn Wood and Blue Roses” is a play with depth (dealing with cystic fibrosis) but with a flair of a brilliant way of presenting it. Bravo!

KIM E. RUYLE’s play, “Five Frickin Winters”, is a thoroughly enjoyable play from start to finish. I love the characters, the banter, the romantic tension, interesting twists, and nice ending. I laughed out loud and loved the give-and-take between the characters. This is a gem and the actors will love playing the parts with all the wonderful nuances, wit and humor.

ADAM RICHTER’s “Naming Jesus” is a laugh out loud gem. You really will enjoy this one-minute play. It will definitely be an audience pleaser!
