I've always thought aspic to be one of the strangest food items ever invented (if not THE strangest!). THE MOLD is a creative and witty look into a 1950s housewife's struggle with making aspic for the first time. Both characters and the dialogue are deftly written by Justine Wiesinger.

Well if this doesn't perfectly encapsulate 2020 (and pretty much the entire pandemic) in just one minute, then I don't know what does! PASSWORD: 2020 ESCAPE ROOM by Steven G. Martin is a smart, funny, and frightening play!

A DAVE WITH DESTINY is an imaginatively quirky play that tells a sweet story in only five minutes! Great work to Ken Preuss.

COPYCAT really packs a punch in such a short piece. The play may begin with a sweet and seemingly innocent chat between best friends. However, tensions quickly escalate, and the friendship is tested (in a raw manner well crafted by Hall!).

JOYRIDE is an absolutely bonkers play! Dana Hall manages to brilliantly fit nine actors into a one-minute play for a hilarious and ridiculous and festive time.

BREAD AND BRIE is a quirky, fast-paced comedy by Debbie Lamedman. Love the characters and their very witty repartee!

UNDER THE FLOORBOARDS is an atmospherically haunting play with beautiful and thought-provoking prose. Playwright Dana Hall has made very smart choices in updating and adapting the classic tale (A Poe adaptation that passes the Bechdel Test? Heck yea!).

TAP. TAP. TAP. is a sweet and spooky short by Jack Levine. Perfect for the holiday season!
