THE INVITATION is a powerful and moving monologue. It is even more poignant given today's political climate. Terrific work by Debbie Lamedman.

SIDEWALK PSYCHIC is a smart, effective, and thoroughly enjoyable two-hander. It is well deserving of being named best of the Muskegon Community College 10-Minute Play Festival. Great work to Dana Hall!

WHAT HAPPENED? is a silly, silly, silly play! Props to Rachel Feeny-Williams and Christopher Plumridge on their creative collaboration in bringing this piece to the page.

THE USERS is complete with smart dialogue and engaging characters. Playwright Scott Carter Cooper does an excellent job keeping readers on their toes as to everything that unfolds throughout the play.

Oofta, I felt this one on a personal level! TRASH NIGHT by Debra A. Cole perfectly captures the moment before bed between a couple with wildly different sleep patterns.

Once again, John Mabey shows their immense talent with THE ACTIVE OVAL. This two hander is a moving and heartfelt play of two strangers who become friends after opening up about some very difficult subject matter. I was lucky enough to see a reading of this with Dragon Productions.

THE GOD PART is a beautiful and moving play. Dana Leslie Goldstein has created two strong characters and takes the audience/readers on a powerful journey from beginning to end (or rather, from today to yesterday to tomorrow).

GUTEN TAG, BABY! is my first experience reading and watching (at Left Edge Theatre) a play by Scott Sickles. And it absolutely, without-a-doubt, no question will be the first of many! This play is powerful and moving with beautifully written characters, each with their own fully-developed story arcs. Read this play (or rent a recording of the production). Looking forward to experiencing more of this playwright's work.

YOU'RE WELCOME THANK YOU is an excellent two hander. Deftly written and with two strong female characters. And to top it off, Richard Lyons Conlon makes it super easy for this to be performed through pantomimed action on a barebones set.

AND FOR YOUR LAST BREATH is an emotionally potent play. Beautiful and heartfelt and intense. I had the chance to catch this one performed with Left Edge Theatre. Great work to Emily Russell!
