This short play is spooky like any good ghost story told on Christmas Eve, but it is also very moving, and believable, for this does not stretch the realms of reality too far, while still allowing some fantasy.

OMG horror and time travel is enough to be scary but this is messing with our minds!
This is a truly terrifying short, best because we are left wanting to know the future, or do we? Are we best not to know? And how doesn't Dave from the future know what happens?
I'm happily confused and highly entertained. I would love to see this staged!

Right from the off the tension builds in true Hitchcock style as poor Samantha is home alone during the worst storm for years, the perfect set up.
Add to this a series of 'prank' calls, wanting her to go outside and the lack of support from the police you have all the ingredients for a truly scary radio play, and with a clever production, an equally scary stage play.
Brilliant!

What a clever two hander this is! Barry, down on his luck meets a stranger in a park when everything changes, for the best....or worst, this we are left to ponder. For one angle to take this play he is seemingly selling his soul to the devil in exchange for a phone with added extra features. But does he read the small print...?

Olive is, if your a single man in your 30s, the last person you want to go on a date with, for reasons far more sinister than she makes out.
I would love to see this play staged, the dark humour is perfectly spot on!

Two restaurant employees, tired after a long shift with two hours to kill strike up an interesting conversation and suddenly there's more to this than first expected.
As well as tasty cheesecake there's a subtle taste of romance here, forbidden, but it's there and the playwright serves it up beautifully. I would love to see this staged!

This play is cleverly played out over Facetime, I can see both characters on screen on a stage, for we see this short story unfold in a modern, unique way.
Love, in this case a new gay love, is complicated and awkward, even fraudulent as the title suggests, but what we see in this couple is a new hope, even if it's not with each other.
A clever play, love it!

Oooh, clever! This train ride took me by surprise, for it headed down quite a different track than I expected!
What's more, I do believe this is the first wild west ten minute play I've read.
A great setting and perfect delivery, I'd love to see this staged!

In just a few pages, Horowitz has created something wonderful here. Ada, like a bee cast off from its hive, is lost and lonely, but she thinks she knows the way. David is on hand to guide her, and he guides her well. This is also a clever, multi layered play, for yes, as the playwright suggests, there is something supernatural here, yet at the same time, we see a natural story of blossoming love.
Simply beautiful!

A perfect dinner party whodunit is served up in style here by E.P.KLOPP.
On the menu is a dark and stormy night, a big meal, a long list of suspects along with healthy helpings of red herrings and double crossings.
Although set in the USA, this play would sit perfectly in a UK Manor house.
I credit the playwright for developing such a wonderful and complex story, which with its dark humour, would make for a brilliant evenings viewing!
