A beautiful moment in time between a brave young man and someone who's seen possibly more than he ever wanted. Gives two actors a wonderful chance to play with the textures and establish a link between them. Really sweet.

Heartfelt and genuine, this little bit of life at a crossroads echoes with uncertaincy, despair, kindness, and patience. Makes me want to be there for the promised sunrise. A beautiful chance for two actors to focus on each other in a very intimate setting.

Intensely brutal. Viciously honest. This play should be done everywhere. Why it isn't winning awards all over the place is beyond me. Characters you cannot forget, a story that will stay with you.

This is one creepy play. You know something is wrong, but you can't tell what. Or who. Is one of them real? Are they all real? None of them? What *is* real, anyway? Just like one of those campfire ghost stories...what fun! This would be an excellent addition to a Halloween play festival.

Extremely powerful. Carnes interweaves her dialogue with grace and brutality, leaving you with nowhere safe to go. This play could be the showstopper of any evening of shorts.

This is a play for two actors who really like to have fun. Quick, witty dialogue punctuated by interruptions and sparking emotions. I'd love to direct this one!

Definitely captures the essence of living in the modern world...not as much control as you want, not as much wisdom as you need. But Life does continue, and negotiating is as much chance as luck. A lovely play that always keeps you right with the action, hoping that it all works out as best it can.

What a remarkable work. Full of passion, compassion, heart, and faultless truth. And more than its share of wicked lines. I would love to see this onstage.

A very disturbing play, but one that the audience will not easily forget. Not an easy play to pull off; it moves quickly; you'll need actors who can keep up. *Highly* memorable and could easily be the hit of a short play evening.

A life reconstructed post-expiration. Dreams and desires and pain all coming together, finally able to be dealt with. A very touching piece.
