FUNNY! I want to see this in a short play festival. o many great puns and references here... All about Eve...Raising Cain. Not to mention all the Biblical references. The wordplay is great. Loved the Female Deity.

This power in this play is its simplicity. The emotions stunned me. And that final "cluck" at the end. Well done!

  • Melissa Milich: Class Reunion - a ten minute play

Ted was the loser in high school and now he's... uh... PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES... This is funny and beyond the dark humor there's truth to it.

  • Melissa Milich: Pithole

YOWZA! I feel like I just had a front row seat to a fascinating piece of American history! A fast-paced work with a haunting rhythm that sang like music. Matthew Alan tells a pithy story with PITHOLE It left me stunned. He really has something amazing here...

  • Melissa Milich: SAY CHEESE (from the CRACKED UP CHRISTMAS COLLECTION)

I loved this. It's funny. It's real. It's poignant. And it's a universal story that deals with loneliness and hope and expectations and strangers reaching out to each other. It's a Christmas Masterpiece.

Simply beautiful. I have my own 9/11 story from which I'm still trying to heal and Lisa's piece helped me greatly.

  • Melissa Milich: Ask Me Anything

I just finished ASK ME ANYTHING and it's funny and scary with the most surprising twist at the end. This is a tour de force! I had a similiar real-life interview for a government job and Philip Middleton Williams absolutely nailed it.

  • Melissa Milich: Slapjack Saturday

The perfect intersection between grief and comedy. And a testament to the power of friendship. As bizarre as the raccoon on a leash might be, I totally believed it and it worked. Grief makes people do bizarre things and only a friend can help pull you out of that space. Highly recommend this. The physical comedy is great and any actors would enjoy playing any of these roles. Well done, Brenton!
