  • Molly Wagner: Dance Again: A Brief Choreopoem for the Brown Boys of Orlando

The pace, the language, and the characters of this play are so incredibly visceral. And the moments are so incredibly real, celebrating the joy of what it is to feel alive and real. The humor in the dialogue is so effective, reminding me to breathe because I realized I was holding my breath the entire time reading this piece. Such an incredible tribute and reminder and catalogue of history and a the humanity that exists in the space within headlines. I would love to see this staged!

  • Molly Wagner: Kafka and the Doll

This is such a fun and delightful play - it would be a wonderful show to take the family too. Lisette's adventures are fun and whimsical, a treat for kids of all ages, while Kafka's relationship with Sophie, his family, his health, and Dora really allows the audience to examine their own values and relationships. There is something beautiful and poetic for everyone!

  • Molly Wagner: The Fierce Urgency Of Now

This play does an incredible job of diving deep into office politics from the power plays, favoritism, and the surprising relationships that evolve. Questions are answered at exactly the right time, keeping the audience on their toes throughout and each character is so uniquely specific and filled with their own agency that we know they have a full life outside of their scenes. Doug's use of language to enhance and create characters is an incredible lesson on dialogue and crafting honest and compelling characters.

  • Molly Wagner: A Firework Unexploded

This is such a heartbreaking piece of two people who seemingly feel compelled to be together, but ultimately know they just shouldn't. Ned's final monologue is so earnest and hopeful - a really beautiful finale.
