A fantastic short play: funny, smart, and full of heart. Allie Costa cleverly verbalizes the inner thoughts of our feline friends. Whether you are a cat-person or not, you will find it absolutely hysterical. Both characters are terrific roles that actors will love to play, especially Cali. Boxes Are Magic would be a great part of any short play festival.

Clever and insightful. 153 will have you thinking about your own life and how your past experiences have shaped who you are and will be. This play needs to be produced everywhere. I was able to see a production at the College at Brockport. Very sweet and funny story about three siblings on a car trip to their mother's wedding. Super relatable. PRESENT TENSE was a big hit with the audience and would be a great addition to any 10 minute play lineup.

In a word, this play is super. A hysterical short with a brilliant premise. In just seven pages, Pfeffinger brings the creativity, the thoughtfulness, and the funny. MELTO MAN AND LADY MANTIS would be a highlight of any short play festival. Bravo!
