  • Arianna Rose: Winter Light

I can't believe I'm the lucky one to write the first recommendation for Winter Light. I loved this beautiful play from start to finish. The twist is genius, the lines are a delight and true poetry! I am drawn to plays that are layered and keep you talking long after END OF PLAY. Extra raisins!! I really wish I had written this, and that's the highest compliment I can give. I would love to see this performed. Please read it and produce it immediately.

  • Arianna Rose: SANDY: A SUPERCENTER EMPLOYEE MONOLOGUE

When the stage directions are as much fun to read as the monologue, you know you have a winner, and Asher Wyndham certainly does in SANDY: A SUPERCENTER EMPLOYEE MONOLOGUE. Mr. Wyndham masterfully brings Sandy to life with bold strokes and nuances. The audience participation is the Reddi-Whip on top of this monologue parfait. A beautiful piece of writing by a master of the craft.

As someone who was very active in choir and drama in high school and college, and is now an educator, I was enthralled with every moment of SOLO. Hoke expertly raises the stakes each moment with three characters who perfectly exemplify TRIANGLE. I'll be thinking about this one long after end of play. Read it and produce it!

Playwright Sickle's astounding inventiveness makes all his plays a captivating surprise to read. I loved every minute of this roller coaster of a play and could see it unfolding in my mind with each line. Vividly drawn characters with hidden objectives make this play a gem to read and to see. • Arianna Rose: Done and Done

What a gorgeous play. Milo and Bertz recreate for us all that is left unsaid, all that is said and then regretted, all the consequences that result from truth being told...with plenty of twists along the way. I was engrossed in this story from first line to last. Unflinchingly honest, a pure gem of a play. Kudos to Mr. Sickles. Would love to see this performed!

  • Arianna Rose: Of Butterflies and Roses

Such a beautiful play about siblings, love, loss, and signs. Beautifully crafted, and from the heart. The characters are so relatable and easy to love. As a long-time practitioner of essential oils and all things metaphysical, I was nodding my head in agreement and delight through the play. Of Butterflies and Roses - and ultimately, of familial love. Read it, produce it!

  • Arianna Rose: ALL'S FAIR IN LOVE AND SCIENCE, a 10m comedy

This is one of the funniest plays I've ever read. Probably 'cause it's true - in terms of human nature, and those tri-fold panel science exhibits! Escalating stakes make this a wild ride for actors and audience. Looking forward to seeing this someday!

  • Arianna Rose: 2 B or Nah: Sexting Hamlet: A 10-Minute Play

Ophelia's entrance line is one of the funniest lines I've ever read. For that matter, every line in this satire is a delight. So much fun to read - I can only imagine how fantastic it would be in performance. Get thee to a festival that is doing this and see-ith it!

  • Arianna Rose: Lost Season

A glittering gem of a play about love, loss, generational conflict and resolution, with some theatrical magic courtesy of one butterfly. David Beardsley masterfully creates an entire universe in a short period of time, and the pain and joy of the ties that bind. I'm so glad I read this beautiful play. Read it, produce it!

  • Arianna Rose: Accident on 80

A masterful play by Dave Osmundsen. The tension ratchets up from the get-go. He brilliantly creates two characters who's very unlikability makes them fascinating to watch and listen to. Would love to see this performed!
