This play is being produced everywhere and it is easy to see why! Warm, funny, richly drawn characters who grapple with a very relatable situation. Ms. O’Neill-Butler once again demonstrates her immense skill and talents as a playwright and keen observer of life.

I have been privileged to be a witness to the evolution of this play in our writers group. I love it so much I wish I had written it! A story about love, grief, and finding your way back to ‘home’. The richly drawn characters, relatable story and gorgeous dialogue will stay with you long after the last page. Read it produce it!!

My co-producer and I had chosen this fresh and funny short play for a love-themed new play festival and were so glad we did! A heartwarming and humorous story about overcoming our social status prejudices and finding love in unlikely places. An audience favorite in our festival!

I was riveted from page one. A beautiful story about love, loss, and forgiveness. Lyrical and poetic yet rooted in an Irish earthiness and honesty that will stay with you long after the last page. I could hear the characters in my mind throughout. I so look forward to seeing a production of this. Read it, savor it, produce it!

As someone who steadfastly refuses to use words like 'grande' when in a Starbucks, I salute this play and playwright. Thank you for pointing out the absurdity of an increasingly complicated societal more.

I love plays that make you think it's about one thing and then BAM! Mr. Williams is a master at this type of writing. Amazing how a one-minute play can make us look at our own preconceived notions and then pack a one-two punch at the end.

Mr. Williams so brilliantly captures the angst of a love affair ending and the pain of packing up our physical belongings and our emotional yearnings. Highly recommended.

I was so fortunate to catch a reading of this beautiful play in a summer festival. Mr. Williams has perfected the masterly playwright stroke of making us think the play is about one thing - and then with one swift turn, we perceive the characters from an entirely different perspective. Filled with compassion and brio, I was thoroughly engaged every moment. I look forward to seeing a full production of this gorgeous writing.

This play would be a big hit in the tween and teen markets, and really, anywhere! Kate Danley is my new favorite comedic playwright! She has a deft touch with bringing the absurd into everyday situations. Great fun- I would love to see this performed.
