A sly satire, Ross Tedford Kendall finds the funny in a very plausible situation. Imaginative, smart, and reminiscent of the best of the Algonquin Roundtable humorists while at the same time rooted in our very modern era. Read it, produce it!

I was fortunate to able to see a staged reading of this remarkable play at Fantasy Theatre Factory in Miami, Florida. Mr. Burdick deftly and creatively catapults us into a universe where our alliances shift constantly. The writing is top-notch and inherently theatrical. Using both fourth-wall scenes and direct address, the play's structure assists us in being privy to heart-to-hearts and drawing our own conclusions - or at the very least, more questions. A very timely and compelling look at how our school systems in place are failing students, teachers, parents and administrators. Read it, produce it!

So much emotion, subtext, and drama packed in a tight ten. Jackie Martin has written a masterful short play on the ties that bind and sometimes gag us. I'm hoping someone out there does make that Hallmark line of cards! Read it, love it, produce it!

So disturbing! So much fun! Playwright Jo Brisbane goes dark and deep in this comedy about the current human condition as seen through some very familiar and beloved characters. Would love to see this performed. Read it and produce it!

I am so glad this play exists. LGBTQ+ teenagers need all the support and love we can give them. Thank you Mr. Rinkel for writing such a touching and timely play.

Great twists and turns in this play that kept me guessing. Ms. Rice creates an entire WORLD in ten minutes with layered, complex characters.

What a perfect play. Fantastic use of comedy to point out prejudice and hypocritical behavior in this country. I loved all the twists and turns - a master class in playwriting! So glad I found out about this play. See it, produce it!

Monty Python meets Mel Brooks in this zany, silly, over-the-top comedy which is non-stop fun. Get your cheese on!

I have had the pleasure of seeing this beautiful piece of theatre performed. Mr. Karp deftly uses magical realism in this nuanced story of an elderly woman's love of nature, and the son who has a hard time coming to terms with her request. Mr. Karp's humanity shines through every line.
  • LITTLE WOMEN...NOW (90-minute cut available under "script sample"!)

I was lucky enough to see a reading of this. You don't have to know anything about Little Women to be thoroughly absorbed in Ms. Hoke's writing and the lives of these four sisters. It's a true testament to both Ms. Hoke and Ms. Alcott that these timeless characters can be adapted into something so timely and resonant for modern day. Those who are familiar with the book will doubly enjoy seeing how brilliantly Ms. Hoke takes the essentials of each woman at their core being and weaves it into a present-day story. I can't wait to see this onstage.
