  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Isobel

Haunting and touching at the same time. I can see this turning into a ghost story that terrifies everyone but our unreliable narrator Olly. Poor Olly need a hug as badly as Isobel, unfortunately he has yet found the arms strong enough to hug him back.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Mister Frank

HILARIOUS fast-paced little play! Mister Frank has got to be the MOST interesting substitute ever! At least he got Timmy to listen. Great job, Mister Frank!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: HUMAN REMAINS

So much fun to execute (HA) this face paced and physical play! A great ensemble piece that will have audiences laughing and actors scrambling to be cast in this short satire!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Sleeping with Cicadas: A Fantasia on Bigfoot

An absolutely delightful, character rich and physical play! Audiences will be roaring with laughter and the whole production team will have a blast putting this play together. Time for a cryptid short play festival!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Henry Irving's Hamlet Script is Missing

There's nothing more fun than watching self-indulgent actors try to solve a problem creatively, each one trying to out do the last's performance. This is a delightfully frustrating and hilarious family to watch!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Voyage To Nowhere

Home isn't always a roof and four walls. Home can be found in the people who care about. As long as we open our metaphorical doors and let people in. Tate is lucky to have Sienna, but it's hard to accept love from a friend who cares when you can't even love yourself. Very good play to open discussions.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Out, Out Damned Bird!

Oh no! This one minute play reminds me of the HELP song from "Free to be You and Me." The man thinks he's "helping" but instead he's just "crushing it" so to speak. Not in a good way. Funny and sad in the same moment.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: OCCUPIED

The setting and the events of this play are all too familiar, but watching Jac and Amelia live through these events hits hard. I wish I had a friendship like Jac and Amelia's that witnessed the world and its massive changes along with our own smaller, but just as massive life changes. This feels very real because it IS very real. Gone are the days when the news was just weather and boring stuff. Every day the news is shaping the world our young people live in. This is so powerful.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Uninvited

This is an anthem, a fight call from the depths of a darkened well. There is a strength in the speaker's voice, even though it is clear they have been weakened...for now. This is hope. And wonderful to see what a little self-confidence in preparation for the down times can do. There is a light in this tunnel.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Did you do the thing yet, Joe?

    Real life meets surrealism.
I really don't know what else to say.
But I sure as heck am gonna do the thing before it gets out of hand!
