Zaffarano perfectly nails the intergenerational politics and other family dynamics between a mom and her son, in a play that at once feels truthful and ominous in its political implications--with great dialogue to boot!

Hilarious, and with quite a bit of scary truth in it. Would be so fun to perform and to see!

Charming, funny, and very surprising play with wonderful roles that could be played by older actors too. So fun!

Fun and funny ten-minute two-hander with a surprising twist at the end. Perfect for any Valentine's Day-themed or LGBTQ short-play festivals.

I just love Matthew Weaver's work. Few playwrights capture the quiet pain of contemporary loneliness the way Weaver does, in plays that are gentle and nuanced, expertly crafted and very funny. (And who can resist a play with two characters named Milton and Jesus--yes, that Jesus--sitting in a kitchen in which Milton is eating cheese?). This is a lovely play about pain and faith and unanswered questions, that would make a terrific addition to any play festival. (And If you haven't yet read Weaver's plays, you should!)

What a play! A really gripping story set in an imagined future, about a mother-daughter relationship--or is it? I don't want to provide spoilers but this two-hander is terrific, and has two fabulous roles for women of different ages. Loved it!

Amazing play by an incredibly gifted writer--suspenseful, moving and funny, and written in poetry! No surprise this is such a highly recommend script here. Would love to see this on stage.
  • THE SANITY CLAUSET 10-minute holiday comedy

Totally charming and very funny play about an obsession with Christmas decorating and a mother-daughter relationship that needs improvement. Would be wonderful for a holiday fest, or any fest.

I love mysteries, and I love that this play has a cast of mostly 60+ actors. It’s a fun story with an intriguing plot that kept me guessing. If you’re looking for mysteries with roles for older actors, definitely take a look at this one!

Lovely and unusual play that's both suspenseful and very moving. Hageman writes teen voices and teen lives so beautifully and truthfully and gives them amazing roles to play too, but the adult characters in this script are also wonderful, as are the nonrealistic ones (I adore the Vending Machine!). Read and produce this play!
