  • Jennifer O'Grady: Brian's Poems

Lovely, funny and skillful play about unrequited love and loss (and poetry!) with a very moving backstory. I saw the Rogue Theater production made for Zoom and the play works super-well in that format too.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: Paletas de Coco or, The Letter Unspoken or, The Christmas Eve Play

A wonderfully immersive, intimate, inventive, daring and heartbreaking play, so deserving of all its accolades and more. I would love to see this performed.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: CHOICES

Suspenseful ten-minute mystery with lots of surprises. This would be really fun on stage!

  • Jennifer O'Grady: Squisher's Atonement

Sharp and hilarious spin on getting into heaven, or not, with a very funny and all-too-relevantly bureaucratic afterlife. This would be a really fun addition to any short play festival.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: In The Jar (a ten minute play)

Totally delightful and very funny and theatrical play with six utterly engaging, charming and completely believable insect characters. Would be so much fun to see!

Charming and theatrical play from Weaver, wonderful for all ages. Funny, warm, and just totally delightful.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: A CONVEX CHRISTMAS - DUOLOGUE

Wonderfully unusual holiday play from Lermond. I love the structure and the way we get both perspectives, mother and daughter. Both characters were people I've love to hear more from. This would make an excellent addition to a holiday-themed festival.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: Self Preservation

I love that Foster's skillful ten-minute play, which is full of dark humor and has a fabulous surprise ending, is set in a taxidermist's shop. I also love how seamlessly and effectively it blends drama, comedy, revenge, romance and even horror in its few pages. This would be so much fun to see in performance!

  • Jennifer O'Grady: George Orwell’s 1989: A “Swift” 10 Minute Adaptation

Terrific 10-minute play mingling Orwell's dystopian novel 1984 with current pop culture (here, Taylor Swift is Big Sister) to hilarious effect. Loved it!
