I love the unusual relationship that develops between these two characters and the many unexpected shifts and moments in this expertly constructed and lovely ten-minute gem.

Hilarious and ultimately very moving two-hander about zombies and so much more. Would be terrific on stage.

Terrific monologue about faith and parenting that takes on the Bible's Abraham/Isaac story and makes it vital and contemporary. Moving and powerful.

Terrific monologue with an important and too-infrequently-heard perspective and a wonderful child character. Loved it.

Another powerful Hageman play with fabulous roles for female actors, so much truth, and super-important things to say about the lives of people who don't always get the chance to speak. Devastating and lingers long after you finish reading.

Beautiful important work plus absolutely fabulous (and much-needed) leading roles for young female actors. If you haven't yet read Hageman's work please do yourself a favor and read it.

In just a few pages and with spare and slyly humorous dialogue and totally flexible casting, Hansen has created a really beautiful play about making connections in an often untrustworthy world. This would make a terrific and wonderfully uplifting addition to any short play fest, especially in today's world.

Wonderful, truthful, and totally silent short play that tells a lovely and affecting story about longing and human connections. A testament to the playwright's skill is that he makes us care about these characters with only stage directions and action, and even though there's no dialogue we totally get these characters and care about them and root for them. Loved this.

This laugh-out-loud-funny one act about parents getting even with their slacker son would be enormous fun to see and perform. Such a great plot--I'm still laughing!

Moving two-hander with a beautiful ending that I got to see in The Hive Collaborative's The Ten Show. Great for all ages.
