  • James Binz: Priceless

Such a nice 10 minute two hander! This would be a joy to see onstage and an excellent opportunity for some actors. Charming, meet/cute and very well written. Nicely done!

  • James Binz: SEARCH HISTORY

Another Deb Cole masterwork on the 10 minute model. A writer's search history is one thing, imagine if the popo could search our memories? Our creative worlds? The stuff we DON'T say or write? Yikes! Great stuff, Ms. Cole!

  • James Binz: Worth Street Station

A nice short piece with protagonist/antagonist and strong motivating and inciting moments. Excellent example of the ten minutes format. This is very producible and would be a joy for the actors. I would love to see this in performance. Nicely done!

  • James Binz: Not a Hallmark Christmas

HA! I hate the schmaltzy movies on that channel (my wife loves them) and this was a hoot from the start! Everyone who ever rolled their eyes at a Christmas in July, farmer woos a city gal, unlikely pairing story on TV needs to see this in performance. Be prepared to laugh with pure joy.

  • James Binz: Last Laugh

Borscht belt comic meets SNL comedian daughter for the first time. Norkin lays in touches of sadness, profound thought and deep significance with an overall seasoning of funny. Very well written and a powerful story well told. A glorious opportunity for a senior actor and a young comic actress.

  • James Binz: Afraid of the Dark (ten-minute play)

Funny business. The back and forth story line was well written and the dialogue is juicy. Another story that makes you say "Why didn't I think of this?" Brava.

  • James Binz: Putt-Putt

Sassy smart ass teens and a high pressure golf shot. What's not to like? This would be a terrific short piece for an evening of family focused theater. Nicely done.

  • James Binz: THE LITTLE AMERICAN PIE FIGHT [A 1-MINUTE PLAY]

HA HA! I actually laughed out loud at the last line! This is a terrific one page political diatribe and analysis. Brava!

  • James Binz: The Smartest Person In the Room

Neat short 3 hander. Karen Fix Curry gives us a wonderful story with a fascinating plot and great characters. Any concern you might have about poor Pam in the beginning is quickly dispelled as you learn why she was CEO. A terrific role for a senior actress.

  • James Binz: Conundrums Consolidated

Enchanting mystery/thriller. Terrific plotline story with excellent characters. The dialogue is fun and real and the ending is so on point. Abby Burgess succeeds in creating a 10 minute world that shakes and dances. Nicely done!
