I saw this a few weeks ago at Bishop Arts Theatre Center. It's a very powerful piece focused on three strong women who challenge us to reevaluate how we see ourselves and our familial bonds. A very sharp and beautiful work. Bravo to all involved with that production!

This is definitely one of my favorite Pospisil plays even after having the pleasure of serving as SM for a night of his work in my undergrad. This is a very dark, witty, and smart piece that I can't say enough good things about. I love everything, but what really sticks out is the characterization that happens within the span of something so short.

I'm always in awe of Juntunen's way with words, but he might have outdone himself this time. Hath Taken Away is a particularly beautiful piece with a very intriguing structure. Surprisingly though provoking read that stays with you long after you're done reading it.
  • Three Cheerleaders Cheering for the Worst Team in the History of High School Sports

I highly enjoyed the surreal world of this brief play. It's at times familiar and at other times something akin to HEATHERS. I especially love the moment when the most silent character erupts and finally shares what's on their mind.
  • Lycanthrope

Lycanthrope is a very well-crafted tale that has a ton of stuff working in its favor. I really dig the morally grey characters that make it hard to separate the “heroes” from the “monsters” in the moody world of the play. I also particularly love the amount of strong women roles found within a script set in 1870. The story is packed with twists and turns that left me on the edge of my seat.

This is a super cute romance that leaves room for actors to actually play. Because it's set in the future it would also be fun for designers to go as big, or as minimal, as possible. Very fun, very quick, and very witty. I can't recommend it enough!
  • And We Will Share the Sky

I Stage Managed this script at the University of Central Missouri a few years ago. It's a pure joy to work on and the kids loved it! The script gives lots of room to designers and directors and easily led to one of the most beautiful and interactive children's shows I've worked on.
