Heartbreaking, visceral, and complex, Franky Gonzalez's short and powerful piece packs quite a punch. Fantastic!

  • Slaying Holofernes
    14 Feb. 2022
A beautifully interwoven story of two amazing women that delivers a message that resonates as loudly today as it did in the past. An unflinching look at sexual harassment and assault, this play that hits you right in the gut and doesn't let you go even after the lights fade.
  • The Form of Steel
    10 Feb. 2022
Ky Weeks has created a world full of buckle and swash that fans of Dumas would revel in! The Sacred Order of Bloody Steel is a group I'd kill(no pun intended) to belong to. This play has everything: passion, fencing, kickass male and female roles any actor would love! What a fantastic show!

  • WOLFCRUSH (a queer werewolf play)
    10 Feb. 2022
EEEEEEK! I have had an unhealthy obsession with werewolves as long as I can remember, and I adore any story dealing with young adults. This play has both. In spades! Walker has created a fantastic supernatural romp!
  • Clown Bar, a clown noir
    22 Oct. 2021
I *finally* got my hands on a copy of this script and was not disappointed. Adam Szymkowicz has taken all the pulp and noir fiction archetypes and put them into the bodies of clowns to tell a story that is darkly comic and beautifully done(Bobo in particular freaks me the heck out!). Perfect not just for Halloween but for any time of the year.

Emily McClain sets the stakes high and she sets them quick in this amazing dark comedy. I'm a sucker for this genre anyway so I'm always delighted when I find an amazing one like this. All members of this delightfully dysfunctional family is fantastically written and the drama and conflict was kept at a steady simmer that had me intrigued until the final curtain.
  • ROOF!
    28 Jun. 2021
I want to go to a barbecue on this roof! Martinez has created wonderful and quirky cast of characters. I grinned like an idiot while reading this and am sure that audiences will be equally delighted. Actors and designers are sure to have a blast with this gem.
  • Bottle Episode

This play is delightfully weird, and asks necessary questions about current changes to our environment through a comedic cast of characters. Who would have thought a bottle had something so important to say?
