  • Chelsea Frandsen: Nimue of the Lake

As an avid fan of all thing Arthurian, I'm so happy to have found this play! Nimue is a fantastic character that any actress would love, and Arthur and Merlin have been reincarnated in a fresh and new way. Put this play on it's feet--it's perfect for any theatre season. Also, sword fights and magic!

  • Chelsea Frandsen: Marlowe Part One

I love Marlowe almost as much as Shakespeare and this history play did not disappoint. The parallels drawn between Kit and Faustus were perfect, every character is so well developed that actors will be chomping at the bit to portray them, and the plot is full of twists and turns that kept me entertained until the last page. Put this show on it's feet and enjoy!

  • Chelsea Frandsen: The Battle of Wills (10 Minute Play)

To a longtime fan of both Shatner and Shakespeare this play was a delightful find. Two of the most well known "Will"s in history battle words, and swords to prove who is "the best". Snappy and witty dialogue make this a fun piece for college, high school, or festivals.

  • Chelsea Frandsen: Man Boobs

What a ride! This wonderful two-hander is dark and sexy and so very relevant! It's clear just how much Jiménez loves his characters. The dark humor is spot on and the denouement shattered me. Read this, produce this, it's that good!

  • Chelsea Frandsen: Evelyn & His Brothers

Oh goodness! Ivan Mosley has created four rich and multifaceted characters tied together by grief. Watching them work through their personal, familial and culturally based issues was riveting. A very relevant story for our times that should be seen on stage as often as possible. Produce this!

  • Chelsea Frandsen: Confirmation Bias

Fantastic two-hander that looks at a piece of history not many know about. Malakhow's dialogue and roller coaster of emotions that he takes these characters through is perfect as always.

  • Chelsea Frandsen: A Pirate Carol

"A Christmas Carol" gets flipped on it's head in this amazing TYA one act that is sure to be hit with both actors and audience. It's hilarious and would be a hit at festivals, in high schools, middle schools, colleges and a touring show. Also, there are pirates! Which is AMAZING!!!!

  • Chelsea Frandsen: The Ashen Crown

It's like Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Terry Brooks, George R.R. Martin and Shakespeare met in the same room and said "let's tell a story together, and throw in a little Neil Gaiman for extra flavor!" This story is visceral, violent and visually epic! Political ambition seethes through the plot perfectly balanced with the fantasy and horror elements, and it is a fight choreographer's dream! I've read this three times now and am officially in love with this script. Daniel Prillaman is definitely a playwright to watch.

  • Chelsea Frandsen: The Fly

Fabulous! Would be an awesome immersive or pop up show, and a great submission for festivals. The plot moves at a great clip and the absence of dialogue only adds to the hilarity.

  • Chelsea Frandsen: The Frankenstein Sisters (full-length)

A wonderfully geeky and modern twist on Mary Shelley's classic! Victoria and Elizabeth are amazing roles for women and Frankenboy is a wonderful reincarnation of the original monster. This play would be a fantastic addition to any high school or college season. Highly recommended!
