Oh man! Who knew a modern day black widow could be so old fashioned at the same time? This was absolutely delightful and honestly powerful. This will be a great vehicle for a strong actor to shine!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Folks Like You

Oh the loss of in person theatre for the living and the dead is painful. But this literally is a picture postcard moment and it is so lovely.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: SAPIOSEXUAL XENOPHILE

This is adorable, nerdy and kind of validating!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Blank Mask

Where the nostalgia for classic horrors of the 80s and 90s meets the horrors of today's incel culture. It's terrifying to see a murderer with a mask, but even scarier when you can't even tell someone is wearing a mask every day until that mask falls...

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: BORROWED TIME – A 1-MINUTE PLAY

It doesn't matter where Sam needs to go or for how long, there is never enough time to just be with the one you love. And yes, you can do all of the things together that Sam suggests, but that's just a distraction from the simplicity of just being together and in love. Beautiful.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: For Your Consideration

Can this be a part of the training for every theatre planning on producing a short play festival. It gets the point across with levity, but it is SUCH AN IMPORTANT POINT!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: WAITING FOR HOOKMAN

I adore this dialogue so much. It delves deep yet only scratches the surface (with a hook!). The pauses and pacing are a wonderful nod to Godot. But these two discussing what they want to do, yet never doing anything is just so funny, I imagine the pauses will be huge waiting for the audience laughter to die down. A great parody of Durang parodying Beckett. I am here for it!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: neighborhood michael myers

This is a great monologue for a strong actor. Joanne is both highly aware of her surroundings and also horribly distracted. She recognizes Luke immediately, but due to her current life stresses, her concentration is off. It starts with lost keys and only gets worse from there!!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Family Dinner

This dialogue is so funny it will disarm you. Some family traditions are unshakeable and terrifying!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Who's Afraid of Bram Stoker?

As soon as Tad said "The horror of being known," I laughed out loud and knew I was in for a hilariously relatable play of thoughts and philosophies. Tad is brilliant, if not a little bit of a grifter at heart. This snappy dialogue is so much fun, I'd love to hear it performed!
