  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: I don't want a f#cking drink

Wow. This is such a powerful story. Especially for artists and addicts. When the two go hand in hand it is hard to trust where the inspiration and art truly comes from. There are no answers here. Just one very important question; only Chris and those of us living vicariously through Chris, can answer.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Top Shelf Tolstoy

This is so clever, and likely to happen in future towns, to be honest. But who am I to judge what someone finds a classic, be it Tolstoy or a classic 'Tini! Both are valid choices.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: A RAINY NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD - one-act based on actual events in 1940's Hollywood.

This is a play for storytellers. A nostalgic snapshot of the past that folds into more nostalgia. If you do Dramatic Interp in forensics competitions, this might be a great piece for you, too! The whole feel of this piece is dreamy, with two very strong characters coming together on a rainy, moody night.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: NOT PLANNED

This is a very tight, short play about loss that comes in hot and doesn't let go until "lights out." We don't need to know what Clare and Chelsea did to create this trauma, it's the aftermath we are here to witness and endure. Devastating.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: 6,745

Oh no! This monologue is full of such hope. We as the audience can only scream on the inside for poor Gerald.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Rules [an immersive 1-minute play]

This is absolutely terrifying! And maybe it will teach audiences to stop opening those little candies, checking their phones, or whispering. But it will definitely stop some hearts!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Strutting and Fretting

Omigosh, this play would be so funny to watch and then so great to digest afterwards! There are so many great lines in this super surreal script and watching the characters discover the meaning is absolutely delightful. This is the smartest weird you could put up on stage, New York or elsewhere!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Marie Dressler- Good Gal

This is inspirational to an aging actress like myself. Full of life and gratitude, even though life is slipping through her fingers. Marie made the most of what she had. We all should take note!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Ophelia

This is the sequel to Hamlet I think I truly needed. Ophelia's plight always troubled me. And this play gives her her say in a very powerful and modern way, without taking away from the source material. It's beautiful and funny and so very full of honest emotions, I am still reeling. Absolutely beautiful. Hamlet's story is a tragedy and he is a hero in HAMLET. But this is Ophelia's story. And it deserves to be bathed in the "white, white light" of truth.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: A Mammoth in Harmes Way

This play feels like an epic film with a star-studded cast. Lots of action, adventure and comedy. Is it weird that my favorite character is the biggest jerk, Todd? He's hilarious! A very fun murder mystery.
