  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Canseco's Cryptid Crew

This play surprised me in so many ways! I can't stop smiling at how much fun this is...and I gotta be honest...worries me a little about Jose Canseco. But I'm sure people will do the right thing and everything will be super...squatches. This play will have theater audiences rolling with laughter! You want this in your evening of short plays!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Bigfoot Break Room

A wonderfully corporate conversation amongst cryptids. Just a delightful image of 3 furry co-workers kicking up their feet and deconstructing their days!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Missing Link

This is such a real conversation in very unreal circumstances. And when true feelings get revealed, the audience's hearts will melt and fall very much in love with this father and son. May they see many more giant trees together! A very sweet play.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Proof of Monsters (A Bigfoot Play)

We ride a rollercoaster of emotions in these quick 10 pages. Did we just witness something magical? Did we just snuff it from existence? Can we live with what we've done? Celebrate our newfound celebrity...but the price of this celebrity may be a little too high. So much to unpack and so much to love about this short play!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: ME DIRECT

"Me crowdfund. Me fail." I've never related more to the artistic vision of an elusive woodland creature. This was so much fun! I kept giggling as I read each page and I have to admit, I am really looking forward to see the production Lonny, Harper and Alex are crafting! Me collaborator, too!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Under Cover of Darkness By the Light of the Moon, or "Nobody Was Supposed To Be Here" A Tale of the Pacific Northwest

"It is very awkward for everybody." Probably my favorite stage direction of all time! I have never been so engaged by 3 pages of stage directions than I have with this play! And I am somewhat embarrassed to say, I relate to Acolyte #2...but I digress. This is such brilliant cleverness on the level of Chekhov's THE SNEEZE or Act 2 of NOISES OFF and I would love to see this produced!!!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Bride of Bigfoot

This was an unexpected twist on the tale of Big*SCREAM*! I can't wait for the romance novel cover artwork! This was a fun and clever script that would be such a SCREAM for an older actress to perform!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Fable Group

Each character in this piece has a very distinct voice! They're all familiar in their own right, but with a darker twist. I love the line: "parents have their own demons to fight. They just never get to be the protagonists of their children’s stories." So true, so deep and funny in a sad way. This would be such a fun play to stage!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Uni...

I love the concept of this play. That a young person, looking for love but only finds flaws in their potential mates could find someone so unusual and unique...a unicorn of a human...that they might scare themselves away from what might be the most special relationship they ever had. And maybe the scariest thought of all is that the interest is reciprocal? A great play for young performers to tackle and analyze together!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: GHOULS CAN'T DO CANDY - MONOLOGUE

Chocolate is the great equalizer between life and death! If ghouls COULD do candy, how would they maintain their ghoulish figures? This is a cute and fun piece for a Halloween themed evening...I hope there is chocolate at the end.
