  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: ZOOM, ZOOM AND ... BOOM!

What a sweet snapshot of a moment between two very unique sisters with their own agendas in this "lockup" world. Their voices are clear and both very funny. Great fun for two actors to play together over zoom or in future, live on stage!

  • This super surreal play really got me in the feels! Both characters are feisty and rough around the edges. You see how much alike they are and how much they drive each other crazy. And it breaks your heart to see, despite the hard times, how hard it is to let go.
Such a fun way to deal with such a hard subject of the loss of a partner. Great roles for older actors and a fun special effect to design. Would love to see this performed live!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Angel

This dark two-hander twisted in a way I didn't expect. The mysterious character in rags is a very strong role and could be played in any number of ways. That's what makes this script so intriguing. And what a killer last line!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Sleep It Off

Wow. This script asks a lot of hard questions about what it means to be fat....to take up more space in a world that won't allow you an inch.
I can see this being a very well received film, too and highly encourage a filmmaker to tackle this script.
Hopefully it will help us all wake up to a better world, no matter how much room we need to be in it.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Last Three Women on Earth

This is a sweet, sad and positive spin on the post-apocalypse story of human survival. This short play will leave your audience smiling. And hopefully ready to be better people and friends BEFORE it's too late.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Prince Snow

This is such a clever re-working of the Snow White story. Audiences of all ages will enjoy the jokes and subtle pokes at government/popularity contests. The characters are fun and engaging and the message is clear and empowering. The strong female roles and goofy jokes will help send this message home. Absolutely fun!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Early Flight

This was probably the funniest arguement/conflict I have read in a long time! I love how desperate Evan is for some trouble in his life. Things went in directions I wasn't expecting and that, I think is what makes for a great comedy! As an actor married to an actor, I would LOVE to perform this with my husband. I think it would be so much fun!!!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: THE WORLD'S BEST HUSBAND: A MONOLOGUE

The actor who gets to play this husband will have such a blast starting with milking the hero role, all the way through the petulant child they get to morph into at the end. A lot of the notes ring true...just true enough to be funny!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Obstacle

I felt my skin go cold as this monologue got darker and more real. The devastation that poor teacher feels for his mistake is so palpable. You knew he was in a no win situation, but I didn't see how far it would take him down. And the last few lines really hit home like a ton of bricks. Very important lines everyone should read and consider. This is a problem that won't go away soon and Busser is shining a very real and terrifying light on it all.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Silence of My Lonely Room

Demons, are confronted by both characters in this tense 15 minute play. The two have a very strong past together, and the audience will feel the emptiness from both of their souls, longing to be filled again. The air crackles with danger as well as sadness. The whole piece is full of atmosphere and underlying energy. A real meaty piece to tackle for the entire artistic team!
